Had a plumbing emergency. Major blockage in the sewer line. Toilets backed up, sewage backing up into the shower. A real mess. My plumber was not available and recommended I call Rotorooter. Called Saturday morning and they were there, as promised, by early afternoon. Narcis was the field supervisor to first show up and soon assessed that he had to call in for assistance. Emanuel, the assistant plumber, was there shortly after. Both were so professional and polite. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They were both very knowledgeable and efficient.
