After having an overflowing toilet, I called Roto-Rooter. Christian came and was very helpful and solved the problem. He communicated everything that was going on throughout the visit.

The crew that replaced the two water heaters in my 90 year old moms house were very professional an hard working. They explained what they were going to do an why. They cleaned the area up an hauled off the two old hot water heaters. They worked for 6 without a break an stayed till the job was complete. I’ll definitely use them again.

When our water heater broke down, I called Atlanta Plumbing and the person I talked to was able to explain to me what have happened and what I should do. A few minutes later, they were at my door and wasted no time in fixing the problem.

They were very profesional very clean and courteous . All worked performed done in a timely fashion, It's nice to see old fashion customer service. Will use them again and recommend them in a hot second.

The folks at SLAM have helped us out twice now. We are first-time homeowners who had them recommended to us to fix various issues with the older house we bought, redoing some wonky pipework, fixing a running toilet and repairing leaky washer connections, etc. They have always been super helpful and knowledgeable, walking us through what they are doing and why, giving detailed and accurate estimates, and completing their work in a timely manner to the highest degree of quality. The person we talked to on the phone was very nice and helpful in scheduling an appointment, and the folks we have worked with, Nate and Logan, have both been super great. We will be using them for any future issues and have definitely recommended them to friends and family in need of plumbing services.
