Very happy with same day service, problem with leak in our shower resolved quickly.

We had a new tankless hot water heater installed by SLAM Plumbing to replace our aging tankless in our crawlspace. I will start by saying they weren't the least expensive bid (not the highest either) but they were by far the most professional, responsive, and on-time of anyone I spoke to. To me, this value far outweighs a few bucks saved so I decided to hire them for the job.

The entire process of working with SLAM was so easy and professional from the start. Austin came out to my home within 48 hours of me calling to give an estimate and was very on-time which I appreciate. This wasn't a plumbing emergency so that was more than fast enough! He took me through options on where we would be able to install the new hot water heater, showed me what piping would need replaced, and discussed options for ventilation placement, etc.

When it came time for the install, once again Austin was very on-time and early within the arrival window. I can't say enough how much I appreciate this! We once again overviewed the work to be done before he started. I had to step away from home for morning appointments, but Austin sent me photos of the progress before stepping to the hardware store and hopefully his lunch break! It has only been a few days, but so far I'm very happy with the work done and I will absolutely hire SLAM Plumbing for any plumbing needs in the future!

I called based upon previous reviews and the fact that the company was 24/7. I had an issues with my water heater he stated that he would be there by 11 am and was early. Diagnosed the issue (fried water heater). Next day he helped select new heater and installed it in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to ensure that it was working properly. I would definitely use his services again.

The water main sprung a leak (plus a few other issues) two days before Christmas, when I had family in town. They were able to come out in less than 24 hours and gave a quote lower than several other plumbers we called. Very responsive and thorough. Appreciate the great work from Jay Jay and the team!

Had Charles W. come to my home to replace a tub faucet I broke during a repair. I am a former landlord and have interacted with at least 100 contractors on various projects for home maintenance. My experience with Charles was easily among the highest in satisfaction ever! Not only was the price in the same range as most others ( it beat the lowest by $50 and one plumber attempted to charge me $375 more for the same problem), he had no problem not only explaining to me the issues but also showing me the sources and how to solve them myself in the future. I will likely never call another plumber. Seriously!

Eddy repaired several things at my mothers house in Jonesboro and I'm extremely happy with how much he accomplished and bringing some of the old things in the house to a better and working condition. House was built in 1964 so he had his work cut out for him and he made it happen at a very affordable cost. I don't live that close to my mom's house and found them on the internet. So glad I found them. The office lady was very nice but seemed a little distracted so don't let that keep you from using their company. Ha! I hate to mention that but I almost canceled and glad i did not. I used Eddy and he's very knowledgeable!

We finally finished dealing with this nightmare company for a project that we restarted at the end of February (please note that’s 3 months for a simple plumbing project.) I say restarted, because in January, we first had to pay them to fix the complete wrong thing, even though I repeatedly told them it wouldn’t help. They just kept reassuring me that they know plumbing and it will solve the problem. Well, shockingly, they had to come back to do an additional 6.5k worth of work. During this time, they repeatedly delayed the work, just plain didn’t show up when they said they would, and lied to us about it (we have a camera! We know when they were there!). They didn’t put down any drop cloths while installing new drywall and covered our upholstered furniture in debris. When I complained to Dennis, the owner, he told me “I can’t apologize more.” He had not apologized a single time at this point. His crew left our door open unnecessarily for entire days letting bugs into the house. Without asking they used our yard waste bins and other things of ours they found around to collect debris including actual human waste! At one point after we said that we were unable to accommodate them on a certain day (after the repeatedly delayed times on us) they called to literally beg to come that day because they’d already be in the area. Every part of this company was unprofessional and awful, I hope we can save you the experience of having to deal with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
