My water heater was leaking. He messaged me within minutes and immediately came out to give me a quote. His prices are the best in the market. Better than his prices was the quality of his work. He did all he could to protect the floor, stairs and driveway during the install. I highly recommend him and his business!

Bison installed the plumbing in my new construction home. There were a couple of issues, but they timely repaired them. This rating splits the difference between the install/set up issues and and the timely warranty service. Special thanks to the front office staff, as well as plumber Michael whose service was outstanding.

I called based upon previous reviews and the fact that the company was 24/7. I had an issues with my water heater he stated that he would be there by 11 am and was early. Diagnosed the issue (fried water heater). Next day he helped select new heater and installed it in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to ensure that it was working properly. I would definitely use his services again.

I have lived in my home for 20 years and had never had the septic tank cleaned out. My husband and I had a clog in one of our toilets and we were concerned but a little afraid that it could be worse. When the guys from Delta Plumbing arrived, they were amazed at what they saw. They told us they were very surprised we had not already had a major backup! But they got straight to work and kept us informed every step of the way. They are my company for cleaning septic tank.

I really thought this was a good company. They came out and diagnosed a problem I had with my sewer around April of this year. The 24 hour availability is I was most impressed with, however my disabled neighbor had a plumbing issue so I recommended Sharpe's. They NEVER showed up. They gave him a 7pm appointment 5 hours after 7 we could NOT reach anyone by phone. To this day they NEVER called to explain what happened. Reliable is not their business practice.

I wouldn't use them again for a project involving any indoor parts of the house- they just do not treat your house the way they would treat a house that has people living in.

They didn't use dropcloths when cutting open the ceiling and removing pipes with caked on sewage, left drywall dust everywhere, left the doors wide open to let bugs in and AC out even when we asked them not to (Dennis said I'll ask them to shut doors but I don't have control over what my workers do). They were delayed repeatedly such that our ceiling was left open for over 2 months for what was supposed to be work done on 3 different days. At the end of the work, they didn't put my oven all the way back in place until I specifically asked. They cracked the cooktop surface on my oven and the frame around my microwave and didn't respond when I pointed this out to them. I'm still cleaning up drywall dust months later. Oh, and the smell that was the original reason for the project is still not fully resolved.

They seemed really capable and knowledgeable on the front end, but now I'm out thousands of dollars with a big mess to clean up.
