Experienced, timely and professional, this company has excellent service! They explained every step of the way, gave me a quote and my price was less than that. They could have charged me whatever because all I knew is I had a leak and I needed it fixed. My water bill had been going up for 4 months and when I contacted them online they came out the same day. Two days later I am good to go. Jimmy was so professional and courteous and explained everything they had done. Don’t waste your time going to anyone else. Thank u Delta for making making my problem easy to get rid of!

Had Charles W. come to my home to replace a tub faucet I broke during a repair. I am a former landlord and have interacted with at least 100 contractors on various projects for home maintenance. My experience with Charles was easily among the highest in satisfaction ever! Not only was the price in the same range as most others ( it beat the lowest by $50 and one plumber attempted to charge me $375 more for the same problem), he had no problem not only explaining to me the issues but also showing me the sources and how to solve them myself in the future. I will likely never call another plumber. Seriously!

Robert came out and saved the day! He even fit me in same day, and worked late to get my horrible leak fixed before it caused any serious damage. I couldn’t recommend him or Atlantis enough!

I wanted to replace my aging hot water heater and contacted many vendors. The bigger brand plumbing companies quoted outrageous prices after giving me a 4-hour window of when they might arrive. Other local companies never got back to me. Jon immediately returned my call. We made an appointment on when he would come to my house (actual time not a 4-hour window). Jon is personable and professional; he really knows plumbing. He was able to explain to me everything he would do (and why) and quoted me a great price. His work and attention to detail is top notch. I will definitely be using GTB Plumbing again.

This team of professional plumbers are the ones whom you should hire. They’re very professional, neat, efficient, and careful with their work. Two thumbs up.

I wouldn't use them again for a project involving any indoor parts of the house- they just do not treat your house the way they would treat a house that has people living in.

They didn't use dropcloths when cutting open the ceiling and removing pipes with caked on sewage, left drywall dust everywhere, left the doors wide open to let bugs in and AC out even when we asked them not to (Dennis said I'll ask them to shut doors but I don't have control over what my workers do). They were delayed repeatedly such that our ceiling was left open for over 2 months for what was supposed to be work done on 3 different days. At the end of the work, they didn't put my oven all the way back in place until I specifically asked. They cracked the cooktop surface on my oven and the frame around my microwave and didn't respond when I pointed this out to them. I'm still cleaning up drywall dust months later. Oh, and the smell that was the original reason for the project is still not fully resolved.

They seemed really capable and knowledgeable on the front end, but now I'm out thousands of dollars with a big mess to clean up.
