Excellent service, price, and fast response. I appreciate that Saturday is a business day for them because I'm too busy during the week and I don't want to pay the emergency rate. I called them Saturday morning and Harold came by just 3 hours later to fix my garbage disposal. He was very friendly and professional and he was able to unclog the disposal and get it working perfectly again, which saved me hundreds from having to buy a new disposal. The price was excellent at $89. I will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs. Thanks!

1) They showed up on time as customer and plumbpros plumbing to do estimate had set time at 2-5pm,customer then showed shawn the problems to these 2 toilets. Then Shawn worked up the estimate and price was in the budget and we all agreed to the price and set up next day to do the installation and time and the old toilets were removed in a timely manner by Randall. He was very experienced in doing the job removing/replacing the two toilets and Randall cleaned as he completed each job in the hall bath and master bedroom bath . Both Shawn and RANDALL completely removed debris in the company truck and customer paid for the job STEVE PITTMAN AnD FAMILY WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED😃. THANKYOU. OCTOBER 02 - 2020 .
