Best Garbage Disposal Installation in Atlanta GA

Called to get a job quoted, and she put me on hold to check if I was in their service area. On the website I looked at a map of their service area which shows my house in the area. In fact it shows all ITP inside their area. She got me back on the phone to mention that I was much too far our of their service area. I mentioned that being inside city limits was too far for them? She made a snide comment of how large Atlanta is and that they service all the way up to Johns Creek, and down to 20 and out to 285 but do not go south of 20.

My house is 13 miles from their office. If you are not going to service the south side, do not include it on your website and inside your map.

Upon arrival he was able to diagnose the issue, as well as tell me what I needed and could do next to address the issue we were having. I was referred to Best 1 Plumbing, LLC. by a friend of mine who is a contractor and said they were very competitively priced, great quality and timely completion. I called Best 1 Plumbing and was pleasantly surprised when they said they would be there the next day and I would be meeting with Eric, the owner of the company. We did the walk through, talked about what we were looking for and what was realistic for our budget and as we were talking Eric recommended that one of our upgrades be a Water Cop. A device that will shut down the water to your house if a leak or a rupture is detected. After hearing about the Water Cop we decided it was a good idea and scheduled the installation before we went on vacation. Shodd and Dewy showed up early and completed the job on time and in a very professional manner them two young gentlemen really know there trade. Needless to say it was a good thing because our water heater decided it had had enough and ruptured. The Water Cop shut it down and all water was shut off to our house saving us thousands of dollars already spent on wallpaper and flooring. Thank you Water Cop and Best 1 Plumbing for recommending it and thanks for finishing everything up last week! Great Job and we are very happy with all the work!

Good overall experience with Atlantis. Began with no charge visit to review water service line leak issue, discuss options & quote to replace the line with Bryan. Decided to do the job and two days later they replaced the service line with a professional crew. Fair pricing, 10 yr warranty. Leak dial on meter is no longer turning, happy customer.

My air conditioning went out on a Friday night. I called several HVAC companies the following Saturday and Matt at On Call Property Maintenance was the only one who told me he could come out on the same day to see what was going on. The fan motor ended up needing replaced on my ac unit and he came back on Sunday afternoon to install it. He quoted me a very good price especially considering he was doing all this during the weekend. I will definitely call Matt at On Call Property Management if I need help again. Thank you!

Seem friendly on the phone. But you can't just book a service (ie: replace washer line, run a pressure test). You have to pay 60.00 dispatch fee if you want them to show up, on top of whatever you need done. It's not refundable and it doesn't go toward the repair cost...it's just a fee on top of your repair bill.
