Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Atlanta GA

Josh was a life-saver. We had a frozen pipe burst on Christmas day (like a lot of people I'm guessing) and could not stop the water. We spent a ton of time looking for a plumber to help us find the house shut-off and we couldn't find it anywhere. Finally we got a call from Josh and while he couldn't send us someone right away, he talked us through the problem like the tower helping a passenger land the plane. He went on Google Maps satellite view to identify exactly where our city shut-off was and directed us right to it and then gave us clear steps for what to do to fix the problem ourselves until they could get to us. He stayed with us until we knew we had it handled and then gave us his number to call if we needed any more help. It felt like a Christmas miracle. Thanks so much Josh!

From the initial phone call, scheduling and estimate to the successful replacement and repair of a prior garbage disposal, pipes & faucet, 365 Plumbing ATL and Plumber Ned displayed professionalism, quick response and expertise. Ned was prompt in both the estimate and work itself. Ned was very responsive in answering questions and offering additional info. He was knowledgeable, worked quickly and professionally. The Good: Technician was professional and arrived on time and was able to successfully complete the job.

The Bad: The company uses flat rate pricing, but the flat rate is not available on their website and they are unable to give any description of how charges are calculated. I was in a bind with no hot water due to cold water flowing backwards through my homes recirculation line. Bison took the opportunity to charge a hefty fee for a 1 hour job since they knew I didn't have much of a choice.

To change out a faulty check valve (that they had installed a few years prior) I was charged $675. This was with a repeat customer discount that brought the total down from close to $900. They stated that this is in line with others in the industry, but you can get a better combination of quality and price elsewhere. I certainly will not be using Bison again.

I called based upon previous reviews and the fact that the company was 24/7. I had an issues with my water heater he stated that he would be there by 11 am and was early. Diagnosed the issue (fried water heater). Next day he helped select new heater and installed it in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to ensure that it was working properly. I would definitely use his services again.

Thank you Westly, David, and Josh!!! We called Delta Plumbing after researching plumbers and reading several reviews. We called before 8 am on the Monday and were told that it would someone could be out between noon and 2. We were pleasantly surprised when Josh showed up at least 3 hours early. We thought we were dealing with a blockage and a leak. Josh was up front with us, and after assessing the situation, and suggested that it might be the septic tank and that it was best that we have the tank checked out first. The property was only purchased a year ago, and had been vacant for several months before, so I know we sort of questioned how could it be full. Josh stated that if it wasn't the septic tank then he would be back to fix the leak and clear the pipes. Within minutes after leaving, Westly and David appeared. Ewwwww, it was the tank!!!! Full, blocked, and disgustingly gross!!! Josh had been right! So he had saved us several dollars. They drained, cleaned, and fixed some piping. I have a lot of respect for these guys especially David doing the hand digging. Westly was great in having us observe what he was doing and explaining the whys and wherefores of the project as they went along; even searching us out while we worked on another project. We were able to negotiate on one aspect of the job. All-in-all we were impressed with the service provided at a reasonable price. Jontell created a mess in my home and my problem returned 2 days later and we weren't able to reach him when it did. Just go with an actual company and save your time and money!

1. Very promp with responding to leak in my bathroom.

2. Spent the time to accurately find the reason of the leak, instead of just jumping on the first issue that might have caused it.

3. Very easy to get a hold of, and worked around my hectic schedule.

4. Day of install very prompt. Walked me trough the entire process.

5. Made sure to check after work was done to make sure that there were no leaks.

Front yard was flooding called Atlantis plumbing, got a call back from the technician in 10minutes and said he was on the way. Problem located after a little digging within 30minutes! Robert camp and demarcus not only fixed the problem area but also noticed a possible future problem and repaired it within an hour and it looks so much cleaner than what it was!!!

I had a hot water heater go out at 5am on a Sunday morning and I certainly didn't think I could get service until Monday at the earliest. I called and left a voicemail on the superior phone number and I was called back by 9:30 a.m. Sunday morning and installed WITH NO AFTER HOUR CHARGE by Sunday at 4pm. That's what I call WOW SERVICE!

Let me tell you Troy was great. He is so professional. Does the job fast and has great customer service skills. I specifically called to have him come out and install my toilet for me. I will definitely be calling him back out.

Brad and Brandon installed a new Carrier 16 Cooling and Furnace System for the second floor of our home today. In addition, they installed quite a bit of new duct work, a new programmable thermostat, and additional new vent covers. They were professional and thorough in all of their work. Keep in mind, we are having some of the hottest days on record in GA right now. The attic registered over 130 degrees! These gentlemen never once complained while in the hot attic or scorching outdoors. They finished in a timely manner leaving our home inside and outside clear of any debris. Brad explained important details to regarding our new system as well the operation of the new thermostat. Based on this experience, I plan to contact Estes Services again soon for an estimate on some electrical work.

I spoke with some one set up my appointment and never heard back from anyone from this company again! I called 20x looking for the service technician once I seen my appointment window had expired but no one answered and the next business day I have still yet to hear from them even tho I’ve went with a more replicable company and received service they don’t know that!
