I needed a PRV replacement for my townhome and after getting quotes from 5 other plumbing companies, I went with J W Ayers. Not only did they offer to do the work for the best price, but they were extremely polite and courteous throughout the entire process.

A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

I am so disappointed with Roto rooter its unbelievable. I was initially impressed with their professionalism when they came to help with backed up sewer repair. During the repair process they busted my water-line and repaired it after three attempts. Today, four weeks later it was busted again and my family is without water for two days. Why? Because Roto rooter did not show urgency to our suffering and did not bother to show up for emergency appointment and I am still screaming for help that I paid over $15,000 to repair. Buyer beware.UPDATE Feb 2nd, 2023If I could give this company zero I would. Believe it or not to this date they are playing the old check is in the mail game. Stay away from this company while you still can.

Robert Camp arrived at my home within an hour of my Sunday call to Atlantis Plumbing - yes Sunday. He was professional, knowledgable, and very courteous. I was a nervous wreck. After all, it was a Sunday morning, a toilet was clogged and water was not draining from the shower. Mr. Camp assured me he would find and fix the problem, and he did just that. He also took time to share tips with me and my nephew about how we might prevent a recurrence of the problem. Great work. I will continue to use Atlantis Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

Matt responded to my message within an hour and was at my house the same day to fix my heat. When I told him my heat wasn’t working he made me a priority due to the cold weather. Eddy repaired several things at my mothers house in Jonesboro and I'm extremely happy with how much he accomplished and bringing some of the old things in the house to a better and working condition. House was built in 1964 so he had his work cut out for him and he made it happen at a very affordable cost. I don't live that close to my mom's house and found them on the internet. So glad I found them. The office lady was very nice but seemed a little distracted so don't let that keep you from using their company. Ha! I hate to mention that but I almost canceled and glad i did not. I used Eddy and he's very knowledgeable!
