Technician was professional. Hopefully trench was dug deep enough and will not have flooding at the foundation. Company does not follow up. Price changed from estimate. Probably will not call this company again.

Another company charged me $70 just to come out and tell me I needed to spend $8,000 on a new hvac system. Matt didn’t charge me anything to come out and give me a second opinion. He fixed it for $175. That was 2 years ago and it’s still running. Repaired my toilet last week for $65. Fair prices. Honest work.

We've used Estes almost 30 years. We like that they carry quality products and that their staff is well-trained. Carlos and Giovanni did the hard part and got our A/C up and running. Stephen and Jacob did the diagnostics and got our new equipment ordered. Stephen came out Thursday, Jacob Friday and Carlos and Giovanni Monday, so you have to give them credit for fast work and investing in inventory.

Thank you, WMF! Team came just 2 weeks ago and cleaned up our carpet and floor. For the amount of time and attention to detail he gave our home, the price was right! i highly recommend them for everyone.

If you are looking for a plumber who cares about their customers, look no further. My water heater went out on Monday and Victor was able to get a new one for me by Tuesday. Guillermo installed my water heater after 5pm and stayed until he was satisfied with the job. He replaced a pipe that was causing a huge increase in my water pressure which could have caused a lot of damage later on if not repaired. He also solved an issue I was experiencing with my toilet. He also educated me about reading the psi on my water heater and what it should be at all times. Thank you, Victor and Guillermo!!!

Basically, I had a leak in the main water pipe located in my basement. The two employees that came were Bobby and Danny. I believe Bobby was the lead person but they both were very professional. Bobby assessed the leak and explained what they needed to do to fix it. In fact I received a call from Bobby when they were on their way to pickup the product; and he also contacted me when they left the store to let me know the approximate time they would get to my house.

Both Bobby and Danny were very patient trying to fix the leak due to the constant rain. They also made sure to clean up after. I am very pleased with the job they did.

I will definitely contact your company again if I have any other plumbing issues; and I will gladly recommend you.

One of the best contractor experiences I've ever had.

Rinnia Jacuzzi tankless water malfunction. Error code 12 resolved. Fixed the same day. Exhaust Pipe came loose in the attic. Discovered during inspection and put back together. I did not have hot water for a week. I don’t know these things or else I would have resolved it myself and that is why we needed a professional.

Joe Robinson came out to repair the toilet in our half bath. Service was prompt and professional. Planning to request him for all plumbing work in the future.

Pros - were able to come out to my house the next day.
Communication was good - email and texting
Tech was nice and figured out problem quickly.
Cons - it only took about 30 minutes and I was charged $250 which I thought was very high. He said that was the hourly rate. Probably will shop around more next time.

I had set up an appointment for Saturday afternoon and received a text saying someone would be out between 1:30-3:30pm. When 5pm came around and still nobody from G Force plumbing had been out to my house, I placed a call to their scheduling department. I received a call back from Technician letting me know that they couldn’t come out that day as it was too late but would be there first thing in the morning. You guessed it..nobody came out in the morning...

Buckhead Plumbing and HVAC has been a life saver for my company for for the last few years. I am a real estate investor with a portfolio of rental properties and homes that I flip. From my first experience with their owner, Steve, I knew this was going to go well. This is not your average mom and pop broke service company. I needed a reliable company with decent pricing, prompt service and able to carry the bill a while when we flip homes. Steve's company is just the right size for large jobs and small ones. They have installed multi-units in 14,000 square feet mini mansions for me to repairing and installs on my rental homes and condos small as 952 sqft. I can trust Steve and his crews to tell me what's going on and get an understanding before I incur a charge. In addition, they accept multiple forms of payment and I think I have used just about all of them. LOL. I highly recommend Buckhead Plumbing and HVAC. Did I tell you they installed a gas line in a formerly all electric home to get my buyer the gas appliances they wanted and installed a new water heater and took care of a sewage backup? I love these guys!
