I more recently had my entire plumbing replaced at my rental property and have also been happy and impressed with the quality of work completed. The service tech Joe who was dispatched to my home was timely and professional. When Joe arrived he was neat, well groomed, wearing nice lil boots, smiling and look like he'd just come from working out. He didn't look as though he was ready to work at all. I thought he was just going to do a visual assessment and call the WORKER in but boy was I wrong. Joe got down and dirty in that nice uniform and those nice lil boots. He worked out alright..😂😅👍. I live in an older home and he'd never seen a dugout such as mine. He worked diligently and patiently while trying to get to the root of my plumbing issues. He communicated every step of the way as to what he was doing and searching for in verbiage I could understand. My only issue with his communication is that once you are starting to bill the customer, convey this to the customer so that it won't be a surprise in the end. The fee was deserving but I was never informed until the end. Once he located the issue, he explained in detail what it would take to repair. I think the quote for the repairs were reasonable. I had a plumbing emergency and I just moved to the area so I got on Google and decided to call Priority Plumbing. Very resonable pricing, excellent customer service, they were on time, and they were very knowledgeable on what they were doing. If I ever have another need for a plumber I will definitely be using them again!

I called them about 11:00 am on. Saturday, Chris was at my house before noon. He fixes 2 issues quickly and at a reasonable price - he didn't have to run to the store, he didn't have to take any calls while he worked. He knew exactly what to do and and he did it. Very pleased.

UPDATE: Barbara from their office called me this morning apologizing and offered a full refund.

I hate having to write bad reviews, even more so when it comes to my skin folk. I reached out to Reggie to fix a leak in my kitchen sink due to the rave reviews he had on Nextdoor. He was a no call/no show twice. When he did come out to fix my issue, I paid him. Only to have the same problem as soon as he left. He came back out after I made several calls and tried to fixit again. Sink is STILL leaking. I've called several times to have him come back out to fix what I paid him to fix and left several messages, no ever calls me back. I would not recommend anyone use his services.

He was very confident in identifying the issue. My heating system is now back in business with no issue. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.
