Estes service had to replace my a/c. My installers were Jered M and Trevor. They were on time professional, informative, courteous. They were extremely knowledgeable of their product. Explained everything and explained process. They were very neat and clean picking up behind themselves. Excellent work and job done in a timely manner with no problem. My water heater was leaking. He messaged me within minutes and immediately came out to give me a quote. His prices are the best in the market. Better than his prices was the quality of his work. He did all he could to protect the floor, stairs and driveway during the install. I highly recommend him and his business!

Will and Jaden were very professional; they came in and assessed the problem in a quickly manner. They explained the problem in a layman’s manner, used terms I was familiar with. Not sure if the fee charged was comparable to others performing the same service. Very satisfied with services received; will definitely refer their services.

Sean came to inspect a plumbing line for me and was quick to diagnose that there was no leak and everything looked ok. I asked him to install a hammer resistor in the spot and he received approval to do the fix quickly and had the job done in 10 minutes. Great company and very professional.

Had a leak in my 46 year old water pipe buried between the water meter and my home with accompanying $200+ per month water bills. Arranging the repair was done by phone, the repair work took 2-1/2 hours total, payment was made electronically, and everything was done properly, on time and as agreed. I could not be more pleased! I highly recommend and will not hesitate to contact them again.
