Best Clogged Shower in Atlanta GA
Scott was very personable and knowledgeable about installing new sinks, faucets and toilets. The installation of all three happened the next day after we accepted the estimate. Scott was very clean and efficient with the job and we would definitely hire him for any future plumbing needs.

Michael came and did a wonderful job. Dispatcher said he would be here between 2-6. Arrived promptly and assessed the problem quickly. The quote was a fair price from what I knew because some neighbors had the same work done. I'm happy with the experience and service.

I gave Mr. Plumber 1 Star because Negative Stars was not an option. We replaced our countertops in two bathrooms. I had removed the three existing bathroom sinks myself so that wasn't part of the job.Once the new countertops were in place I called Mr. Plumber to come and give us a quote to install three new bowl-type sinks (these sit on top of the countertops) and three new faucets. We already had the new faucets and sinks ready to put in and the existing drains and water lines were still in place and ready.Mr. Plumber sent Kyle (very nice and pleasant), who took a look at what we needed and entered the info into his ipad. The estimate that came back from Mr. Plumber was over $5000. I'm telling the truth without exaggeration: Mr. Plumber wanted over $5000 to install three bathroom sinks and faucets! My wife of course refused, then called me and told me how much they wanted. I called Mr. Plumber to verify that price, thinking surely there was a mistake. There was no one available who could confirm the estimate and I was told someone would call me back.No one called that day or the next. Late the next day I called again. No one was available to talk to me. I was told that Donna in Customer Relations would call me back in ten minutes. 1/2 an hour later I called back but again nobody wanted to talk to me. Meanwhile my wife received a call and was told that the estimate was wrong; the installation would now cost only $2500 to install three sinks, probably an hour-long job.Don't get me wrong; I would have paid a reasonable amount. I understand that companies have to make money and I probably would have paid as much as $350-$400 but the only reason I would have gone that high is because we're in a time of inflation.Take my word for it: Mr. Plumber is WAY overpriced and will gouge you if you let them. They quote enormous prices and then avoid talking to you when you call back. In my opinion, Mr. Plumber views the public as dupes and so quotes astronomical prices.Save yourself some frustration and call an independent plumber to begin with. Avoid these shysters like the plague.

First of all, the customer service rep placed more emphasis on payment for service, rather than the issue at hand. Yes, the techs came out and forced air to unclog the toilet, but the two techs also said their wasn’t anything else wrong with the toilet when there was obviously signs the tank wasn’t filling with water.
Less than 15 minutes of labor and over $450 later, the root of the problem was not identified nor repaired. Basically paid for a band-aid!
Definitely a rip-off!!!
