Jimmy was very professional. Did excellent job for my elderly farther. Did even extra work and did not charge him extra. Kept his word. My brother and father use Delta Plumbing. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Inquired about a couple of plumbing issues I had and within 5 minutes I had a reply. Said they needed to see the problem areas to give an accurate estimate. Within a few hours they were at my house, determined the repair options and set an appointment within 24 hours to do the repairs. They should up on time, completed the repairs and all on time and under original estimate.

Very reliable and reasonably priced. I have used them for all my plumbing issues (sump pump installation, broken pipe by my water main, garbage disposal replacement, PRV replacement) Recently Robert Camp installed my garbage disposal and replaced my PRV. Had issues with my dishwasher and came back to take a look at it!! He was a professional and got the job done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Casey and Michael did outstanding work replacing 2 obsolete gas water heaters with a new tankless gas water heater, and installing a new pressure relief valve. They worked over 12 hours straight to complete the job in one day. They removed all old materials and cleaned up each work area to my complete satisfaction. They also answered all of my husband's questions about the work they were doing and how to operate and maintain the tankless water heater (our first one). We highly recommend that you request these 2 gentlemen when you call Cool Ray/Mr. Plumber to repair or replace any component of your home's plumbing system. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Tim was very responsive, sent him pictures via text, discussed and quoted over the phone, and he arrived next morning. Really easy to deal with. His crew replaced a 20ft water service line. They dug up my front yard made the repair and put the turf back almost perfect. Great Job, great crew.
