Russell Brown was my grandmother's technician and was absolutely amazing! He came in and inspected the areas that needed to be fixed and then went over the different ways he could fix the plumbing issues. He fixed the issues in no time and made sure everything was fixed perfectly. I loved how he sat us both down and went over the issue, how he fixed it, and how to prevent it from happening again. He also gave my grandmother pointers of next steps for her septic tank. He was a very respectful and knowledgeable young man. Will request him in the future if services are needed again.

Atlantis did a great job. I had an emergency repair. After calling my regular plumber (three times) and getting no response, I Googled emergency plumbing repairs. Altantis came up. They came out and did a great job. The technicians (especially Cody) really went above and beyond. I've got a new regular plumber.
