15 months ago we paid Delta Plumbing $1500.00 to replace the water line from our meter to our house. During the night last night, we were wakened by the sound of running water in our back yard where they had installed the new water line. At the joint in the line, they used plastic parts, and when the leaking area was dug up today, the plastic fittings just crumbled. When I called to see if they would warranty their work or give us a discount because it had only been 15 month, they would offer us nothing. Other plumbing companies I called offer a 5 to 10 year warranty when they replace a water line from the meter to the house. I will never call Delta plumbing again for any type of issue and do not recommend anyone use them if they want good repairs that last.

Had a big job replacing the water line leading to the house, which was done as requested. But they broke the outside faucet and didn't offer an fix.

The plumbing technician that came to help us was named Jace. He was a nice young man an well mannered. He successfully found our leaks and showed us videos that he took in our crawl space. He gave us a fair price and did the repairs immediately. This company is highly reliable and Jace represented them well.

Imagine my surprise when I walked down into my basement and discovered a random open pipe gushing water. After some troubleshooting, my husband and I found that nearly all of our fixtures caused this pipe to gush water. It was time to call a plumber! We didn't hesitate to reach out to Blue Skies Atlanta. This was our second time working with them.

Gareth is excellent. He returned our call immediately that evening to schedule an appointment first thing in the morning. Harun promptly arrived, patiently listened to our experience (and best-guess diagnoses) from the night before, and answered all of our questions. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

I would like to express that I will NEVER use Phillips Plumbing, LLC EVER again! I was referred to Phillips Plumbing, LLC by my warranty service. When I originally called, Phillips Plumbing, LLC, at 9 am, the person who answered the telephone made me feel as though I was bothering him. He did not answer with his business name and I had asked him if this was Phillips Plumbing. Once I had established that I called the correct number, he asked what issue I was having and if I had a claim number. I explained my issue and provided my claim number and he said he would call me back once he received the order.

I never received a call back. When I called Phillips Plumbing, LLC back at 7 pm, the person that answered name Eric, insisted that he was JUST about to call me. Again, I explained my issue to Eric and we set up a time for him to come repair my plumbing issue.

When Eric arrived, he was VERY rude, impatient and unkind. He walked in and demanded his payment and once I asked, “You want to be paid before you complete the work?” Eric threatened to leave. I was confused, due to I have used multiple services referred through my warranty service and have never been asked for payment before the work is complete. They usually wait, just in case the issue need additional service and they have to call the warranty company for approval. After Eric threatened to leave, I agreed to pay him and he proceeded to ask what was my issue. At this point, I have explained when I initially called, when I called back after not receiving a call back and again after payment.

After payment and explaining my issue, once again, Eric insisted that he didn’t see an issue and that I didn’t need any service. I was having a water leak in the tank and after standing in the bathroom with Eric for a long period of time listening to the leak, he finally agreed to complete the service.

I want to express that no customer should ever be treated with such rudeness and inconsideration and I will NEVER use Phillips Plumbing, LLC EVER again.

They were quick, professional, and affordable. While I hope we won't need them any time soon, next time we have a leak, they will be our first call.

Ramon and Teudy have now been out to help us 3 times and they are extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We panicked during and indoor plumbing flood when we couldn’t find their cards, but we were able to track them down and they quickly fixed our problem. Unfortunately, plumbing is extremely expensive, but they are honest and great to work with.
