We needed a new water heater. Miguel, then found the floor needed to be replaced. It was repaired very nicely. Very pleased with the work. Will use him again.

We have been using PreFix for approximately 18 months and have been very pleased with their services. They complete routine maintenance every 6 months and then if there are any issues, they offer to assist with taking care of those as well. We have had to use some of their contract services for items that they found, and they are always on time and efficient as well. I highly recommend PreFix.

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Called about a water leak on Thursday and explained that we were taking Friday off from work to fix the issue. We were told that they were definitely coming Friday. We specially asked them to call if that changed in any way. After we didn't hear from them by noontime on Friday, we called again. We were told that they were busy but would definitely come to fix the leak. They encouraged my 70-year-Old mother who was waiting for them to start digging for the water line to speed up the process. Long story short, they never came, never called, and will never be getting our business.
