I can not say enough positive things about Max Electrical. First of all, they have NEVER been late. Not once! If they say they are on their way, I will guarantee they will arrive when they say will! Yesterday, Darren, my all-time favorite, came to test and fix my outlets and switches. He was able to very quickly assess the issues, rewire, and install all new fixtures faster than you can say jump down, spin around, pick a bail of cotton! Darren is extremely professional and thoroughly nice. He also magically erases any traces that he's been here. No dust from drilling holes, no footprints, no nada. I also love the fact that he explains what he is doing, in the simplest of terms, so I actually understand the electrical process. Finally, the prices are unbeatable! We had an issue with smoke detector battery replacement beeping not stopping, which was frustrating and difficult to sleep through to say the least! We called TruTec on Monday and they were able to get us scheduled for an appt within 24hrs, and they were even able to pull it in further together it done sooner.Cole came out and did an amazing job walking us through the problem and the different options for solutions. Will reach out again for any other issues and recommend to others for great service.

Greg responded right away to my request to install my Ring Floodcam. I texted first thing in the morning and the job was scheduled and completed before I was done with work. His tech, Jose was friendly and hardworking and did a great job. Easy choice to hire again for projects down the road.

I tried to use this company because of the reviews. The first appoint we decided to reschedule due to rain. The guy was late and did not call. I talked to the owner.Later that day the guy called and wanted to come and try to do half the work. That would mean 2 call charges. I explained since we were not sure what the issue was it was not a great idea, let’s wait until it is not raining.The next day, no call, no show.We own a small business and understand things happen. When you take time off and this happens it is hard to understand.

Had Duhon Electric out to my house earlier this week to troubleshoot/solve a sporadic electrical issue which resulted from recents storms. William was able to work me in between appointments and quickly found and fixed the problem. Duhon’s quick response and resolution was critical as I was expecting a houseful of company. Chafge was very reasonable. I’ll definitely use Duhon again.

Would never have paid $170/hr. + $35 trip fee if I knew that the “two-installer deal” was a very slow trainee getting onsite training at my expense, basically. The job was very simple - just reconnect a cable to a meter and strap to foundation. When I saw it required an hour just to connect the cable, I ended the job early. Needed only a drill and screwdriver, but he had tool sets strewn across the yard. When I pointed out the job was a lot simpler than they were making it, the lead would reply, ”we got this, let us do our job,” etc. Called to speak to manager twice and never received a call back.
