Klock's Electric

I am very happy I chose Klock's. We had a gas oven, and needed to upgrade to an induction stove. Max and Aaron were prompt, professional, tidy, courteous and ethical. They did the job correctly, quickly, and they did not overcharge or take any shortcuts. They even did the courtesy of installing our new stove.I have never had to hire an electrician, but as a home owner, I expect to have future need of their services. The owner was very helpful, communicative and professional. The technicions were great to work with. I highly recommend.

Klock's was absolutely fantastic to work with. We had recessed lighting installed in three rooms, one of which had no overhead lighting prior to the new installation. Klock's was efficient, professional and stayed within our budget. They also provided great advice on placement of lighting, switches, etc.. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any electrical needs!

Klock’s came recommended by our realtor. They have done excellent and quality work at our home. Their estimating is either spot on or close to what we end up paying. They are also very clear on what work needs to be done and suggest alternatives that may be more budget friendly. Everyone we have dealt with on their side has been courteous and professional.

Klock’s came the same day to replace some faulty breakers and saved us a ton of money by connecting us with a supply company that exchanged the faulty breakers for new ones at no cost due to their arrangement with the manufacturer. They also sent someone to come out promptly in the evening after they had closed when we realized the breaker tied to our fridge wasn’t set up correctly. Our last electrician wasn’t able to come for a few weeks out and would have charged us $70 each for 16 breakers. Klock’s will be our go to electrician from now on!

We were introduced to Klock's many years ago for fan installation in our home, and at the time we didn't know they also performed simple electrical repairs and installation. Since that time, we have tried other electricians for various odd jobs and repairs around the house, but their quality, pricing, and availability were always variable (and often disappointing). Recently, we have required odd jobs and additions in our home due to upgrading, and so we called Klock's to give us reliable service. Their bandwidth is amazing (i.e., they can handle almost any electrical job we need), and as time went on we noticed they are not only reasonably priced compared to other electricians, but very responsive and friendly. They return calls promptly, can often determine our exact needs over the phone, and we don't have to wait several weeks (or a month) for the job to be completed. They are now our go to company for all of our electrical repairs and new installs. They might have a ceiling on what they can do, but we haven’t yet found it! Highly recommended!

Great service, on time, polite, detailed, knowledgeable and affordable. Don’t know what else you can ask for. They replaced a chandelier for us (very high ceilings) and came on very short notice. If you need an electrician, I highly recommend them.

I was referred to Klock's Electric by a homeowner's group that I'm a part of. I'm a serious DIY'er, but I had a few things that I could not figure out in my house. Some outlets stopped working, a light fixture I installed (after installing a few of the same) would not turn on, and some small things. Lance came by and had me fixed up in less than an hour! They were so nice about everything, so polite. If I need any electrical work done in the future, I know who I'm calling!

Klock's electric did an outstanding job rewiring a 1930's home including a panel upgrade. Greg made it happen time after time. He stands behind the work and doesn't ghost you when an issue comes up. Hard to find compaines like his and hands down one of the best in Austin.

Greg responded right away to my request to install my Ring Floodcam. I texted first thing in the morning and the job was scheduled and completed before I was done with work. His tech, Jose was friendly and hardworking and did a great job. Easy choice to hire again for projects down the road.

Quick and responsive to text messages. Easy to schedule with and get an appointment. We needed a ceiling fan swapped out and the job was completed efficiently. Very professional staff too.
