We had Luis and his team install 5 fixtures in our home. They did the job on short notice and responsiveness and professionalism were top notch. We were very happy with the result and would highly recommend them!

Had my dishwasher and kitchen GFCI breakers changed by this company back in October. As soon as they left, the microwave and stove also began to trip. After living in a world where I had to go outside to flip the breaker each time I needed to use the microwave and/or stove, I recently called a knowledgeable friend to take a look, as well as a Master electrician, both of whom confirmed the work that had been done was not done correctly. Now I’m out of pocket even more money to redo the work and fix the additional issues that this has caused.

We had an issue with our breaker/dishwasher, called Raptor and got someone out within 2 days - they did a great job and fixed the issue. Highly recommend, these guys are professional, communicative and fair priced.

We purchased a new home and needed several electrical changes, including ceiling fans, nest, and camera installations with solar charge panels. Luis was able to understand the changes required and quote a price. His pricing is on the medium/higher end, but the quality of work was suburb. The Office Mgr. (Priscilla) kept in contact for scheduling and the service tech (Alejandro) was prompt and thorough in his work. We scheduled and coordinated these changes via email as I was in California scheduling with Raptor Electrical for a home in Manor. I would highly recommend this team as they are knowledgeable, prompt, and neat in their work.

These guys are fantastic! This was the second time we have hired them. They were about 2 weeks out for scheduling after the walkthrough, but it rained the very next day so they squeezed us in! Alejandro came when he said he would and hooked us up with a new breaker and a dedicated line to our heater. It worked out great because we were able to use the heater on the coldest night of the Fall so far and we feel safe with the work they did. Priscilla is a pleasure to speak with and Luis is great also. I can't say enough about this company. We will hire them again and refer them to anyone who needs electric work in Austin. We have used the services of Raptor Electrical Services on many occasions and they are one of the most professional teams I have engaged with for getting work done at my home. Luis and Alejandro are excellent at what they do and take pride in the end result. We bought an older house last year and with it a lot of the headaches. Some of the work they helped us out with are:1) Getting power to the outdoor shed, grounding the panels, and bringing the electrical outlets to code.2) Installing smoke alarms throughout the house and bringing them to code.3) Fixing a plumbing leak during the freeze, and the associated drywall work and painting.I found them to be very responsive and outstanding with regards to communications, and kept us apprised of what is happening, at all times. As a result of these mini projects, they are now working on a bathroom addition project to our house. They are about 90% done, and we are extremely pleased with their work. Highly recommend this team, if you want things taken care of properly, at fair rates.

My partner and I recently purchased our first home in March of 2021. With the market being as insane as it is, it was incredibly overwhelming when we learned we needed to replace our entire breaker panel and change all outlets/switches to CopAlum. After calling over 4 places (to no response or being ghosted) before finding Raptor, I was feeling hopeless. Once I found and called Raptor Electrical Services, they were at our property explaining the best way for us to (affordably) rectify these issues. My partner and I were beyond impressed with the professionalism, communication, and final product. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to electrical work on their home/office!

Alejandro arrived on time. I needed several tasks done, some of which were installing a new breakfast chandelier, new direct-wire dimmable under cabinet lights for my kitchen, fixing other electrical issues, etc. The results were completely to my satisfaction. I found him to be very competent, courteous, honest and professional. The under cabinet lights in particular posed some challenges, yet he figured out what needed to be done, and we love the result. His prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Alejandro and his brother helped installed multiple canned lights in my house, providing some much needed light! He was communicative throughout the entire process, thorough in his assessment on where to put the lights, and delivered outstanding work. The electricians of Raptor Electrical do excellent work. Had an outlet installed in my garage. They were the only electricians that offered to actually come out and give me a quote for the work, rather than just saying we charge this much/hour . The work done was exactly as they promised and cost was competitive. Very happy with Raptor Electrical's service!

I tried to use this company because of the reviews. The first appoint we decided to reschedule due to rain. The guy was late and did not call. I talked to the owner.Later that day the guy called and wanted to come and try to do half the work. That would mean 2 call charges. I explained since we were not sure what the issue was it was not a great idea, let’s wait until it is not raining.The next day, no call, no show.We own a small business and understand things happen. When you take time off and this happens it is hard to understand.
