We make an appointment Monday morning, I'm posting this review on friday evening.The owner apologized 2 different times saying he will have someone the next day, 4 days in arow, no one showed up.Running a remodeling company, I looked like a liar to my clients for the lack of professionalism.I understand they cannot make it or weren't interested.I respect thatBut telling me they will do it and make me lose the entire week. That is not cool.Making me look like a liar and screwing my schedule.People like this is the ones that give construction a bad name

Called about a water leak on Thursday and explained that we were taking Friday off from work to fix the issue. We were told that they were definitely coming Friday. We specially asked them to call if that changed in any way. After we didn't hear from them by noontime on Friday, we called again. We were told that they were busy but would definitely come to fix the leak. They encouraged my 70-year-Old mother who was waiting for them to start digging for the water line to speed up the process. Long story short, they never came, never called, and will never be getting our business.
