When I discovered this nearby electrician to install a new light fixture in my apartment, I was concerned. To do the installation, they would have to go into my flat via the window. The electrician arrived on schedule, started working straight away to install the fixture, and even cleaned up after himself.

Two of the outlets in my bedroom just stopped working unexpectedly. We called RS Electric to come take a look. They were super prompt and very polite when they arrived. They were able to explain the problem very clearly and gave me an excellent quote for the work. We decided to go ahead and have them take care of the problem. They were able to handle it all in about an hour and the price we paid was more than fair for such quick and efficient work. 5 stars!

The representative was punctual and he respected my home by putting on booties. He did an assessment of my electrical problem and resolved the issue. I was very pleased with his work and upbeat attitude. I will gladly refer him to friends.

We tried to use this business to install a plug for a microwave oven above the stove (and install the microwave), and install plugs and switches throughout the house. They scheduled an afternoon appointment over a week ago and no-showed without a call. Left messages that are still not returned.*******UPDATE*********A person from Aztec Electric responded to this review and indicated that he believed I was in Fort Worth and had not contacted him about electrical work. I can assure everyone here that I had indeed contacted him, and my review stands. I even gave him another opportunity to come back and do the electrical work. I called, he never bothered to call me back, so my review now shows Aztec Electric no-showed me TWICE without so much as a callback BOTH times. Don't bother with this Company. There are plenty of other great electrical contractors who are more than happy to come and earn your business.

I reached out to Mike to install power for our video doorbell, add 2 outlets, and add a 3 way wireless switch for our stairs. He was really helpful in helping us decide what equipment to use and is very responsive to email. He was always patient and friendly with me despite my work schedule being horrendous and scheduling with me is a nightmare. He arrived on time and completed all the work with no issues. I had several follow-up questions that he promptly addressed as well. I am 100% satisfied with the work that was done and he will be my go to person should I need work done in the future.

The owner, Chas, is a nice guy and very professional. He’s also a very honest. He quoted me a price to redo a sign at my business and it turned out have some parts that didn’t need to be replaced and the bill was considerably less than he quoted. I thanked him and told him “I never would have known.” He said “I know. And I can’t do that to someone.” Pure class! Hire Chas if you need any commercial or residential electrical work.

I am not sure if this is a legitimate business or not, but I have my doubts. I cerrtainly would never use them again. Read the following and decide for yourself.I made an appointmnet bcause my pool lights were not working and a switch outside was not working properly plus 2 on/ off switches needed to be replaced. I called two days before they were to arrive to add an order that I needed a smoke detector on a 20 ft ceiling reconnected. The perso that I spoke with repeated to me that a 20 foot ladder would be needed. I repeated this several times and so did he.Arrival window was 8 - 11. I called at 1052 to see when they might arrive. I was told they would be notified and would give me a call. I received no call though they said they had callled me. I have no record in my phone log of a call from them and had my phone with me the entire time. They show up at 1225. They have no work order and had no idea about the smoke detector on the 20 ft ceiling.The switch that was supposed to be fixed was not. I had the same problem with it that evening. They did get the pool lights on but went to the box and probably flipped a switch. They did not install the 2 wall outlets as I forgot to remind them to do it. Again they had no work order.They were here less than 30 minutes. The boss Alex did call me after they left with regards to the smoke detector. I had rescheduled but cancelled after thinking about the lack of professionalism, lack of preparedness, poor communicaiton, no work order, no estimate for sevices, late arrival, and saying that they called me when they did not. I also could not pay for the services before they left. They said I would be charged later. So I was charged $200 the next day. There is no breakdown of charges on the emailed invoice. So I have to pay $200 for basically nothing. I have my doubts that these guys were even electricians.

Excellent Electrician!!! Lightning ⚡️ struck my house and caused an outage due to burned/singed wires which burned some insulation in my attic. With a little luck and some construction tools, Adam was able to locate the burned wires by making a hole in my bathroom wall. It was a tough spot but he replaced all wires, restored power and insured everything met safety standards. Truly appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. Highly recommend Grounded ATX for all your electrical needs.

I've always been pleased with the quality of workmanship and professionalism of the staff and technicians. They upgraded various aspects of my system a few years back and my electric bill improved significantly. I can't recommend them enough. They come quick, know their stuff, and keep my unit purring like a kitten in spite of its age. They have been servicing this unit for many years now and will probably be the ones to replace it when the time comes. I trust them above all others. Great work and honest prices.

I wanted to have an outside RV outlet installed closer to where my RV plug is located. Mike was cost conscientious and asked if we wanted to dig the ditch or have him do it. The RV outlet is perfectly located, and he did a fine job with the finished work. While he was there, I had him install a security light over the garage. This thing lights up the driveway -- I love it! Thank you.

We used Total Home Tech. to upgrade our WiFi system and add to our in home system. I was very impressed with their ability to problem solve and the competitive pricing on the products. We had an old landscape lighting system that constantly malfunctioned and they figured out how to add it to Apple Home link so that we could program it's operation. They stay up to date with current technology and are very respectful of interiors.

This company confirmed a service that they could not deliver came to my house to let me know that they do not deliver this service . Tool pictures of the lights that they had not fixed then charge me a $100 trip fee for coming out. They have no integrity and they do not care about their customers.
