Sometimes you just meet people that change your day. You know, those posts on social media which are tagged with the phrase “restored humanity in the world”. Yeah, that is Gabriel and his wife personified.These two do absolutely stellar work, are always on time and are ready to tackle the problem with a smile on their face. They hold integrity, professionalism, honesty, and quality as their success pillars, and from what I saw, they are hitting these and then some.Thank you so much for the effort and kindness you showed me. Gabriel showed up on time, cared about the details to make sure the switches looked good, and the results were perfect. Even his customer facing software was great - I was notified of his location as he got closer to my home, I got a clear invoice, and I was able to pay using ApplePay. Overall a great experience; I'd hire him again the next time I need an electrician.

Gabriel is awesome.. had a last minute electrical issue. He was responsive and showed up in a timely manner and saved the day. Priced very reasonably especially in Austin. The work was clean and efficient and we have not had a problem since we used them. The icing on the cake is the follow up call the next we received from the company and above all they checked on us daily to ensure the service performed was satisfactory. Great hire.

I’ve worked with a few electricians in Austin, and this company is by far the best! I’m incredibly picky and have all high-end lighting (RH), and this team was definitely the most skilled and professional. They are now our go-to!

I hired Gabriel to finish up a job that a previous contractor couldn't get done in almost a year. Gabriel got it done in 2weeks, inspections passed, on time and within budget. I definitely recommend him all any scope of electrical work e.g. small jobs to renovations and flips.

I own a small business and I really never want to trash another small company but I have sat with this a few months now and saving someone else from going through what I did is the right thing to do. I will try to keep this short and to the point. Partial rewrire and upping the service to a 1100 sq ft home. I was with out power for 4 months. They shut off my power to my tiny house to do the transfer that they hadn’t set up with the city. The drilled holes in my roof for support cables which caused leaks in my roof ruining my Sheetrock. They ran a conduit pipe 14 feet down the skirt of my house instead of putting it inside the skirting where it couldn’t be seen. My outlets in the backsplash are all different heights. Not in a straight line. The light that should be centered above my sink is two inches off center to the right. The pantry light isn’t at the front of the ceiling...I could just go on and on. My original quote that got Gabe the job was $8800 I paid him $12,000 after adding a few outlets. Long story short the jobs not done we finally just had to cut our losses and ask him to leave. Some of his work has had to be corrected by another electrician. Some of it can’t be corrected. Again I don’t want to trash anyone but I am living with a light two inches off center and there is nothing I can afford to do about it now...it’s very disheartening not to mention I am nervous my house is going to burn down. At one point sparks where flying in the sub panel. I would have to recommend you use some one else. I’m sorry capital city electric. You screwed me.

I've been working with Capital City Electric for the past couple of months. The power to my house was turned off about a month ago and it hasn't been turned back on. I have not had power in my house (my primary residence) for over a month. Our phone calls typically go to voicemail and texts are ignored. Inspections have failed multiple times.Update: I was without power for two months during the summer waiting on Capital City Electric's work to be completed.I am unfortunately still working with them on finishing my project 7 months later. They come and endlessly work on the same things with no progress, making more work for themselves and preventing my project from moving forward. I am disheartened by their work, lack of professionalism and poor communication.

This was our first time using CCE on a commercial job. The service was scheduled quickly and efficiently. My tenant was very happy with the repair response and the extra knowledge she was given regarding the issue. Thank you CCE! Service job well done.

Amazing, just pure greatness. Gabriel came out on a Sunday on fathers day when no other electrician would answer their phone after a tree fell on my powerline and not only did he do a great job when Oncor would not reconnect power because there wasnt anyone in the city of round rock to do an inspection and sign off on it because its freaking Sunday. He literally sat on the phone and argued with Oncor for hours and called anyone he could call that worked for the city of round rock. He seriously sat there and told me I'm not leaving until I get your power back on and sure enough after hours on the phone arguing he did it. So yeah hit this company up on Yelp Facebook where ever you see the name Capital City Electric great great great company! Oh and this is a Real Deal Holyfield true story.

On point, reliable, friendly, professional, and reasonable! I highly recommend them and will continue to return for all my residential electrical needs. These guys are the best.
