Very happy I called!! From the 1st phone call. Josue was prompt, professional and knowledgeable! I actually found them by a search of the best reviewed companies. I always check reviews first!! He will be the technician I request in the future. This is the 1st hassle free experience I’ve EVER had with an AC company. Some places advertise “24 hour service” but getting them here @ 8:00 pm is near impossible especially w/the hot weather. I didn’t think their prices were unreasonable at all. Would/will recommend them!

Doug was great! I had a leaking pipe issue and they squeezed me into the schedule the very next day even though Doug was about to go on vacation. They showed up and immediately got to work, took them less than an hour and they did excellent work fixing the pipe and even re-wrapped it with insulation for me! The price was fantastic at only $180… most plumbers don’t charge less than $300 for anything. I feel like I was getting great service and not getting screwed over on the price. I will definitely be referring Doug to anyone needing a plumber and will call them for all my plumbing needs in the future!

They showed up on time, were very courteous, walked me through the different options for my water heater replacement, and completed the work in minimal time. They cleaned up the area very well also after they finished. I was really pleased with their service. I highly recommend them!

Excellent and professional! My toilet was spraying water and I could not turn the water off. I called many companies. They were either closed or could not come out until later. Dave answered my call and came out quickly, at the time he said he would. Very nice guy and personable! He explained what the problem was and how he repaired it without me even asking. I had an appointment with them for 2/14. There was a big storm and they never showed up. I understand why they didn't come out but they also never called to say they won't be making it. I called to see when they could make it out. He asked if Friday would work. I asked if he could do it sooner then he hung up on me. I called back and he didn't answer. I called one more time. He answered and hung up immediately. I get that you can't expect people to drive through the snow out here but to just refuse to talk to me is childish.
