He originally identified the issue with the meter base and gave a solid estimate for replacement. He facilitated the permit needed and the shutdown and inspection. Mr. Tam was great. My rental has mismatch copper and aluminum wire which cause some of the outlet to burn. He come and replace the wire and even told me what was the issue. Great guy.
