Awesome guy, very informative and knowledgeable about plumbing.

I needed two items fixed, a clogged drain and a leaking faucet. The guy that came only does drains not faucets, so I will have to schedule another plumber to come finish my work. I also thought the price was higher than usual just to snake a drain that took 15-20 minutes to fix.

Suman and Kayden were professional, knowledgeable, worked and were easy to project with. .Understood my layman’s description and thought ahead to anticipate other issues I might be having (even if I didn’t know it yet) - but not “upselling”. What more could you want? (Except less expensive.) A+

This company feels like one you can trust. Don’t use Direct Source Plumbing. They tried to sneak a huge project over to me that was actually covered by the city. Horizon is very straightforward, fast and does good honest work.

Really great, friendly and personable service from start to finish! Their dispatcher, Shelly, is super-friendly and kept us up to date on where they stood with the other appointments. Even with all of the burst pipe calls around Dallas due to the storm and the late hour, they took the time to carefully find the leak, repairing it with minimal damage to the wall. They made certain that the repair held, and even inspected the other lines for any signs of additional burst pipes or other problems - despite it being after midnight! I was VERY impressed with their professionalism, their good humor and calmness during what is certainly a stressful time with tons of emergency calls. I will certainly use them for my future plumbing needs and you should too!

I loved our experience with Local Plumbers Grand Prairie TX. Fast to respond, tons of texts with information on arrival times and the process, plus Scott was incredibly helpful and fixed our cracked valve quickly! We'll be hiring them again if we have more plumbing issues in the future.

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
