I had a leak in my home, they came out the next day! Tell me why they couldn't find a leak. they invoice paper says no leak. When I called Specialty Restoration of Texas to come out they found it right away and they did the job and repaired the pipe and had fans and dried the wet carpet. Waste of Money and Time on this company. Plus I was wanting to pay by credit card the $250 charge for the service call and the Person/Plumber said the only take cash they should tell the person when scheduling they only take cash. Luckily my husband had cash.

The staff that took my call and the technician that showed up to the house where friendly people but the quote for the work was way too high for me to accept. (Over $1,700 to replace the hardware in the tank of 4 toilets.) I'm not sure why they reached out to me to give a review.

Great guys for quality work. Don't call a cheap plumber & suffer for it. Call these guys and get it done right the 1st time and with a REAL warranty. The will certainly back up their work.

The company sent a technician who was very experienced and was able to explain what could have caused it and guided me on his suggestion to patch it up. His work was quick yet efficient. When finished, he made sure to show me the work that he had done to ensure that I was satisfied..

Dave was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and assessed the problem. He used shoe covers when I asked and fixed the problem. The work cost what he quoted. Hopefully this solves the leak over my garage.

I’ve had these guys at my house a few times for somerepairs and am always happy , recently they had to tunnel under my house to fix my shower drain, I was surprised how fast they got it done and it was a great price. Not calling anyone else.

Need a new blower motor and am being charged $1500. Seems awful high when online they cost about $400. The tech was nice and patient and very friendly and knowledgeable. But price seems ridiculously high.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

We have used MRP a few times now. Chad and Michael are both very professional and so far, under-promise and over-deliver. We had a pipe repaired that 2 other plumbers said would require ripping up our mudroom tile. Chad completed the repair perfectly without damaging even one tile. At a subsequent visit, Michael replaced our aging water hose spigots and our hot water heater. He explained the options for repair vs. replacement in detail, and very patiently answered all of our questions. Carol is great for scheduling, and it is so easy to reach her and get an appointment made. Pricing is competitive and service is excellent.

I was a little hesitant about having Mr. Jones do the repairs in my home after reading the reviews of his past work, but he did a great job. He may lack a little bit of “bedside manner,” but the work he did was fantastic! I really enjoyed meeting him. I would call him again if needed.
