10/10 on all marks. New build that did not work properly when I moved in . They came out on the weekend and had a full game plan by Monday to tackle the whole house. Big install and did great. Checked out other stuff while there, made me feel so much better about the house. Freddy and Juan were so nice and respectful and I am a new customer for any needs I may have moving forward. You will not regret calling them !

We hired Southern Sun Plumbing to replace several shut off valves that were not in good working order, remove and replace a water filtration system, and replace some hardware on our toilet. Willard did a wonderful job! He was so quick, knowledgeable, and professional. And you couldn't ask for a friendlier and more courteous plumber! We fully recommend this business.

Robert was great!!! Very knowledgeable and able to identify issues quickly and explain things well.

Justin was very professional and courteous. He arrived early (called to make sure it was okay). Our fan motor was locking up and he was able to free it up long enough for the replacement motor to come in. Justin said the motor would be in on Thursday (2 days later), and it did. He installed it the same day. Thank you Justin and Jewell Mechanical.

What a strange experience. Over the phone, they quoted me $80 to replace a wax seal on a toilet, came out pretty quickly, and went to work. After 10 mins, they left without a word. I thought the guys had just gone to their car for a tool or something, but they drove off, no explanation, no bill.

A month later I get a bill for $200!! When I call, no one answers. Next month, another bill. I call again- no answer. I keep calling until I get a lady who tells me they don’t take credit cards, only cash, and I have to bring it to their office.

On my next weekday off, I go to the office, and it’s abandoned. No cars, no lights, nada. I call- no answer. I get a voicemail later, and the lady tells me there’s been a death in the business that’s why they were gone. I try to call back the next day to send my condolences and figure out just what in the hell is going on with this bill. No answer. No callback.

After a few months of silence, I get another bill yesterday. I call today to see if I can come in and talk about this, but the guy says he doesn’t “do money” and they’re about to close anyway. It’s 3pm.

I don’t know what to think at this point. I’m willing to pay the quoted price for services rendered because the repair seems to have been done correctly, but this company seriously needs to work on their professionalism and communication.

This is by far the worst plumbing company. They do not use anyone that even has the slightest idea of what they are doing. They do not stand behind any of their work and warranty is like pulling teeth to even get someone on the phone. They do not care about any of there customers just getting paid. Run the other way as fast as you can if you see them coming. HORRIBLE plumbers. Not even worth a half star.
