Moved to Nashville recently and had a clog in my kitchen drain. I am really glad I came across John - he was great, and I will not hesitate to call him in the future if I have plumbing issues. He was able to schedule an appointment very promptly and was able to fix the drain issue very quickly. He was great at explaining the issue and how to prevent it in the future - he clearly takes his craft seriously and is very knowledgeable. During the process he also provided general tips about drains and drainage and ended up helping us get parts for and install a mixing valve to solve an issue we were having getting hot water more quickly circulated to the bathrooms in the back of our house (our water heater is in the front of the house). It is a game changer. Highly recommend!

Long story short ARS tried to scam me. Keep reading for the whole story.My electric bill was averaging about $300 a month and my AC wasn't working so I called ARS. A repairman showed up just after 4pm and did an inspection. He told me if I signed up for some membership program that he would discount the repair which would require disassembling the furnace and welding in new coils but that it would be a next day job because his shift was almost over and the cost would be 1000's of dollars. I signed up and then he went on with a quick fix which entailed washing the exterior of the AC unit and leaving. Weird because he said the problem was with the furnace. The AC still did not work. So I called back and a different repairman arrived and did another inspection. He said the furnace required a new part that he did not have on hand and would have to order and would be back next week. It was going to cost over $1000, then he left.The next day I called another company for an opinion. A repairman came out and said it was a simple fix and explained why my electric bill was so high because of this broken part. He got the part from his truck, and changed it out in less than 20 minutes and the total cost.....he didn't even charge me because he felt so bad about my experience with ARS. It would’ve been right around $100, mostly for his time as the part was inexpensive.That ARS guy who said he would order the part and be back next week…never saw or heard from him again. Don’t buy the stupid membership and don’t hire this company.

They don’t make plumbers like this anymore. My wife and I had a pretty serious issue with our renovation that required some real work. this guy did all of it, by himself, in a timely manner. Oh yeah, and he was the cheapest guy out there, which meant I didn’t have to wait a year to save up for it to be done. I have nothing but praise for this company.

If you have plumbing needs, ABC is the place to go. Prices are similar to box stores, and product quality is much better than box stores. They have a very knowledgeable and helpful staff to take care of you needs and questions. You will not have to worry about finding an associate to help you, they are they and ready to help. It is also not a worry if the associate you find works in something other than plumbing. ABC does plumbing. They won't waste your time when you go there for help. It is convenient and quick to get in and out and get on with your work. Don't waste your time and money going to box stores for your plumbing needs. Go to ABC Plumbing Supply and get more work done.

Branson was very helpful and professional. solved our problem super quick and cleaned up the bathroom extremely well. Highly recommend him to anyone needing service.

The guy I spoke with came out inspected everything thoroughly fixed what needed fixed and is helping us get other important things done to the home that needs it to keep the family safe, happy and was affordable.

I would definitely not go with these guys. They only give 30 days warranty and are very unfriendly if you have any issues. I called in to get some help and the guy was cold and did not help at all or offer any other solutions. This was after I paid 300$ just six months ago that is currently leaking again. Definitely do not recommend.
