Needed a plumber to replace a faucet in the kitchen. Was locked in tight. Found good posts in my neighborhood FB page, and he was actually just down the road. I messaged him, and he immediatly replied with a time the next day. The wife said he was a very nice man, didn't charge us an arm and leg, and was very professional.
