Super guy! Friendly, professional, great work!

I had a sump pump leaking black water into my crawlspace. I called quite a few plumbers who said it would be over 48 hours to come out (this was a Saturday evening). Smith Plumbing escalated the service and had someone out to completely replace my sewer injector. It was fast, professional, and very messy. Total price came in under $1000 for new parts, pump and labor. Unbelievable service and value!

I was assigned David with Smith Plumbing by my Home Warranty company for plumbing issues. He came out one evening as a huge ice storm was beginning. He worked for a couple of hours in the ice and bitter cold. He was gracious and helpful. I had 2 other related issues to the initial one and he came out at no charge, fixing things perfectly, with no complaint. Was only happy to help and do it. He explains his work. He is fast and efficient. I felt completely comfortable in trusting him in my home and with my house! I highly recommended him for any plumbing issues. He is AWESOME!!!

This is the second time we have used Smith Plumbing and we are so happy we found David. The first time was a late Sunday night emergency kitchen sink backup and he came right out within an hour and had us all fixed up for a very reasonable price. The second time was this past week, several months since the first time. We had a clog in the main, we have a 1955 house with some original cast iron piping. He came out in the sweltering heat, had to get in our gross crawl space, worked non stop for almost four hours, we felt so bad for him but he never complained, just did the work and got the job done perfectly and again for a very reasonable price, honestly would have been understanding if he invoiced us for three times the amount that he did. David is a one man band, a true master plumber who cares about things being done right and that is a rare thing to find these days. We won't use anyone else as long as he is willing.

David came out to check our leaking kitchen sink. Not only did he fix the leak, he assessed our shower that had experienced build up in the drain causing it to stink up our bathroom. He went out of his way to do this, cleaned our drained, and stopped the stench. Very professional, quick, tidy, honest and all around pleasant person. Can’t recommend highly enough

He did not show up for appointment. Also, he did not return my voicemail from earlier in the week, and his voice mailbox is now full.

Not sure what happened, but I changed my work schedule to be at home for his appointment. Not cool. I like supporting small business, but I need someone reliable.

Smith Plumbing is responsive, efficient, and very reasonable in cost. During the first incident for which we had to request their services, it was through our Home Warranty Company. During the repair, our lovely neighbors actually called the police due to their unmarked truck. David was extremely gracious and kind in the ensuing confusion! We had a completely different plumbing issue once again today, and Smith Plumbing made sure we were placed immediately on the schedule, due to our water already being shut off. We'd called Smith Plumbing directly and didn't even bother with the Home Warranty for this incident - we'd already had such a wonderful experience with such an honest, hardworking, and thorough Master Plumber through Smith Plumbing already, we didn't want to risk being assigned any other company! I will be recommending this company's services to everyone I know, it is a pleasure to work with them.

This is a master plumber. There is no better. He has serviced our home and office. Anyone who had less than a stellar experience must have a personal issue. I have had emergency issues over the YEARS and he has saved the day many times. Can not say how much we appreciate his service.

I've been working with David Smith for nearly 20 years now, and won't use anyone else. He's not a big company, and may get delayed from time to time, but he's really good and he's fair.

Outstanding service. David came to our house last night at 9:30pm. The hot water heater broke during the rolling blackouts and we've had no hot water since Christmas Eve. He fixed it and we can not thank him enough. We will definitely be calling Smith Plumbing should we need help again.

I would highly recommend Smith Plumbing. I called him out because I was having hot water heater problems and thinking that it was old, it would have to be replaced. Mr Smith came out and did a full diagnostic of my unit and told me that it was fine and that my problem was actually in the heating elements. He then sat me down and explain to me how to get a few more years out of my hot water heater. Thank you Mr Smith.

Very efficient repair

David is outstanding. I hired him for, what I thought, was a small job. My home was flipped by a handyman who thought he was a plumber, and this job became anything but small. David was professional, kind, great with our dogs, and while the job escalated into something that he was likely not expecting, he did an amazing job.

David’s quality of work is very high, and I could not be more satisfied with the job as a whole. Not to mention, I was expecting a pretty high bill with what he ended up having to do, and his prices are very reasonable as well!

Smith Plumbing is definitely going to be my go-to plumber as needs arise for our new (old) home. Thanks David!

I called for a leak on a Saturday afternoon. Mr smith arrived a couple hours later and repaired it quickly and for a fair price.

Smith Plumbing was assigned to me by HWA (homeowner's warranty) to fix a leaking water heater. He was able to make it out in a reasonable time frame and got the work complete with no issues. Replaced the water heater. Professional. I would recommend him to others.

Good price! Excellent service friendly staff

Dave Smith Plumbing came out to our house to replace our Hot Water Heater covered under our home owners warranty. He was very knowledgeable and quick with the work he performed. Good skilled tradesmen are hard to find and Dave is one of the best in my opinion. He does great work and doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. He even gave free advice for a future project were considering having done. He's also going to be my first choice to do the work when I'm ready for it.
