Our gas hot water heater broke a few days ago and water went everywhere in the garage. We needed a replacement ASAP, so I went to Home Depot and purchased one and they had it installed by the ARS/Rescue Rooter Company from Nashville, TN (4071 Powell Avenue). The installer was John Burris. Now, I had many installers came to my house in the past 30-35 years, but this guy actually now his job COLD! I don't usually give such a high review (unless they deserve it of course), but John Burris deserves it. So, if you want a truly professional job, ask for John Burris, you'll not regret it.

They wanted to over charges me for work that we didn’t need. Told me I needed a whole house repiped and turns out I didn’t. They wanted to charge me $5400, for this and I ended up getting a local team to come and fix my issue that they did the first time. If I was anyone I would try local team over this company anytime. They will stick you with a high bill, that’s all. The person that came out the day we called wouldn’t even go under my house. And tried to tell me I had steal pipes and needed to be took out. I had been under my house more than once and knew that they was pvc pipes. So again beware they will charge you more for stuff you don’t need.

I had a drain that would not drain and tried to fix it myself. I couldn't make it work so I called around and No Problem Plumbing was able to make it out that day. Their representative Jason was quick to start looking and when he found the problem he showed me under the house exactly what he was going to do. The project needed some parts so he came back the next day and completed the work. They were upfront with pricing and quick to get the work done! I am a handyman and I go there for anything plumbing and other jobs as well. They know what they're doing and they help in any way possible. My jobs are done correctly and my customers are happy. I don't have to worry about finding help like at the big hardware stores. In fact today I walked in with a broken part and he went straight to the back and got the part I needed before I made it to the counter.

Promise to come on schedule but didn't until we followed up several times. Came already late in the afternoon. Replaced leaking pressure regulator and charge us very high $550. ( cost of regulator at Lowe's or Home Depot to be around $70 - $100 only). WONT use their services again.
