Regan was very professionals and called and text me to let me know when he could get here he drove over 2 hours one way to help me find the leak on a line 3700 feet from meter to the house would use Regan again if ever needed to he marked the leak with marking paint and called the project manager to let them know what he found on his way home he was concerned about if we got the leak fixed so he would know how it turned out because I was going to get my backhoe and dig it out myself and fix the leak I just didn't know where to dig until he marked the line with one color and and the leak in the line with a different color so I would be able to know where to dig with the least damage to the line

11-03-2021 Sorry it took me so long to get back to you my sister that was going to have the surgery didn't get to have it before she passed and we have been dealing with the funeral so I just got back to it called 811 to mark the utilities and the phone company said they plowed in fiber right where you marked it so when we dug up the line you could see where you marked the leak so we repaired the spot you marked and replaced the PRV and turned on the water at the meter the wheel didn't move at all so you found the leak for me there is no way I would have been able to find the leak in the 3700 foot line without digging it all up so Thank You for saving us the money of replacing the whole line I will be recommending you to all my friends & family if they want to find the leak

Thankfully, I was not in an emergency situation where my water heater was leaking or not working properly, but I was looking to replace my 16 year old water heater before having any issues.

I reached out to 2 other companies to get quotes before finding The Hot Water Heater Pros. The cost of a new water heater and installation from the other companies were between $2200 and $2300 dollars. After receiving these quotes that seemed extremely high, I went on a search and found The Hot Water Heater Pros. Their price for a new water heater and installation is about $600 less than what I was quoted from the other companies AND with excellent service and experience.

From start to finish, the service and installation could not have been easier. All reviews of their reviews have a 5 star rating and they have an A+ rating with the BBB. I give them a 5 star rating as well and I am very happy with the service.

Bill has come to repair small sections of leaky pipes on two occasions. He is nice, seems fair with assessments and took care of the immediate issue on those days. That said, I do not recommend him for a large job as he has pushed back our appointments more than once at the last minute to have the pipes replaced in our home. It is understandable that things come up in a small business, but when customers are having to schedule PTO multiple times it comes across as unprofessional and leaves much to be desired; Particularly when the appointment is cancelled at 09:30 pm the night before scheduled service.

Friendly service...easy to make an appointment...I needed a clean out...set up an appointment and then the expert called to let me know he was coming. When he arrived...he have me a list of reasons why I had issues and fixed the problem right away! Would definitely recommend their service!
