Our water heater was replaced and correctly installed. There had been errors in the previous installation. Also, Justin, rebuilt the platform that the water heater sits on. He did a thorough & complete installation. We are very grateful for his experience, knowledge & professionalism.

I had an emergency and when I called, they arrived the same day. After a representative arrived; I was told that they'd send someone else out the next day who specialized in steam pipes (or something like that). Well I received a call afterwards saying they would send someone else out that same evening. He came and the work was completed the next day (yesterday 1/28/20). They were professional and took into account that I didn't have heat so there were a sense of urgency and consideration on their part. The overall experience was a good one and kept my stress level down. I will be using them again soon.

Jimmy came to replace one of our breakers needed to get our heat up and running. He was the most incredibly kind and knowledgeable electrician we have ever had come out. While the up charge on the breaker was frustrating, I appreciated Jimmy’s kindness, empathy, and professionalism. 10/10 would recommend Jimmy to everyone!
