Joseph is professional, prompt and very knowledgeable.Its unusual to find someone in their mid-twenties that has as this level of experience in their chosen field. I was blown away when I found out that he is already a master plumber at his age.Highly, highly recommend Metro North.

Jeff was great and really helped me when I was in a bind for a great price. He was very helpful in figuring out the issues we had and kept me in the loop the entire time with our repair. He had helped my in laws out with a similar plumbing issue last year and I’m so glad we were able to get him out to our house.Honestly one of the better experiences I’ve had with a contractor in years!

I had clogged toilets in both bathrooms. I called Echols and Sons and spoke with Robert Echols who came over within minutes of my calling. The problem was found and repaired in no time. In the future I will not hesitate to call Echols and Son for my plumbing needs they are very punctual and efficient.

Phantom Plumbing was outstanding. They came to fix a broken pipe in my home the same day I called. The service was speedy and professional. The price was fair, and they didn't leave until I was satisfied. They sent me an electronic invoice and I easily paid by credit card. I would definitely use them again.

My Plumbing company

Had a hot water heater installed Sunday 1-13-2019. Price was expensive, like $1962.50. It was RED TAGGED by the inspector. Not properly installed, needed a electrical disconnect in closet and T&P Line must be copper or PVC. Installer said, he hope inspector would over look that. WRONG!!!! They did come out that afternoon and installed what was RED TAGGED. Hope it will pass inspection this time!!!!! They tried to charge us another $200.00 for this install. Did not have to pay it.

Daniel & Ramon were at my home within two hours of my initial phone call with a new water heater, very professional.

Despite the emergency appointment Queen and her team were professional and determined in tracking down the problem and clearing our pipes down through to main. They worked around the constraints of our home, and still charged a fair price. I will definitely be returning.

awesome company they are now my go to plumbers I have just had them replace my water heater from gas to tankless took them a full day but that was it no problems afterwards and very reasonably priced.

They can't be too reliable if the don't answer their phone.

I ran into Dalton at building Depot when the employees were being unhelpful and he was so great. I showed him pictures and he repaired my plumbing complication in like 10 seconds and was so nice. I would use this company.

I emphatically praise this company. Due to a gas leak, I had my gas cut off during a three day freeze. Despite the dangerous roads, the owner made sure to find someone to come to my aid. Anthony braved the elements to make sure everything that needed to get done to get my heat turned back on was completed as quickly as possible. I could not be more pleased from start to finish from this company.
