My wife and I tried three other plumbers before Metro North Plumbing. None of them fixed our water heater correctly. Joseph knew exactly what the problem was as soon as he came out...and fixed it for a great price, in no time! We will definitely be using them again.

I had a clogged sewer main in one of my duplexes that tuned out to be multiple points of failure in the sewer system. Jeff went out of his way to not only get the job done well, but he was friendly and respectful to my tenants - who ended up having their hallway dug up for 5 days. His pricing was fair and final bill was exactly what he quoted - although I know it went over his initial estimate. Jeff is my new go-to guy for all my pro plumbing jobs.

My apartment complex finally called this company. Can't say about time, but quality of work and knowledge were excellent. Peter was the technician and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

We found a very small leak, but wasn't sure where it was coming from. Josh and his team came out, thoroughly assessed the situation, then fixed the problem the next day. They were all professional and made sure we understood the problem and how they were going to fix it. We will definitely be using them again.

I have a rental property in Dallas in the winter storm came in and caused a leak under my foundation these guys came out in the middle of the night located where the leak was at and the next day we had it fixed with them thank you very much you’ve helped me out so much I highly recommend these amazing plumbers

Fred saved the day! He was super professional and, considering the current pandemic, I really appreciated the extra safety precautions he took while at our house. He fixed our issue with no problem and was really informative about the process. It was also convenient that he was able to come out even though it was later in the evening. Twice they have come out to sort out issues. Each time they came when they said they would, corrected things on the first visit, and for a much lower cost than I was expecting. recommended. Edit, Oct 2022. I had another trouble today - this time with my kitchen sink leaking everywhere and filling up my cabinet. I called them at 7:00 , they arrived by 8:25 and by 9:00 they had everything fixed. Total price was less than $200. Fantastic! I can’t recommend them enough.

Way more knowledgeable than the other plumbers I've had experience with, they get the job done! And they even told me that because it had been within a year since they last came over, that it was free of charge! Even though it wasn't their fault they had to come back (I had to show proof of their visit and it was the same toilet). I swear I'll never use anyone again. And when I called to schedule something but they were booked for the day- they actually called me back and notified me that someone else canceled so I didn't have to wait until my scheduled appointment the next day- they could do it that day. I thought that was awesome.
