Excellent customer service from initial phone conversation, day of service contact, and during visit. Clearly experienced and straightforward pricing. Of note was the way in which Mr. Bertolino mentored his worker to ensure he knew the why steps were done was evidence of patience and pride in the work. A trustworthy old-school businessman that you should hire for your plumbing needs.

11-5-19 UPDATE! STILL AWESOME PLUMBER! Google won't let me write a second review for a new service call so I'm adding to the first review. Our kitchen faucet developed a slow leak. During inspection we also found that the disposal was leaking and we hadn't noticed the water damage to the MDF bottom of cupboard. Called Mr. Bertolino and he provided guidance for replacement faucets (e.g. which brands require least repairs/last longest, which features are gimicky, etc.) and was fortunately able to get us into his schedule quickly. Upon arrival he identified two broken isolation valves and offered advice on re-routing lines for less obstruction. Provided the same awesome tutelage to his son (who rightfully knows his stuff anyway but the obvious camaraderie was good to see) and they had all the necessary pieces/parts on their truck (no going back to the store). Great guy, very experienced, trustworthy with your family and in your home, very fair pricing. This is who you call or recommend to others.

I have old cast iron sewer lines. Bob Frank came out on a Saturday to unclog the lines for $140 less than the last plumber I used for an emergency call. Then I had them come back to do an evaluation with a camera. They were thorough, mapping out all the lines under my house and made some very easy recommendations to keep the health of my current lines..... without trying to up-sell me on chain knocking them clean or lining with PVC or replacing everything. If you want HONESTY, useful information, recommendations and good options. This is the plumber to be using. Thank you so much!!

They got me in quickly, sent an alert that they were on their way (included the associates name), solved the issue quickly and not a bit of dust was left behind. I went through Angie's list and found this guy. Tried to stay with small business being a small business owner myself. He agreed to install a tankless water heater for us and he did so. When i reviewed the bill he added $100 into the tax. When I confronted him on this he said it was a processing fee from Square and he had no idea. I told him he can't hide charges like that and he should refund me we talked about installing a instant hot water device for 250 and using that as a credit. We scheduled 3 separate Saturday mornings and he never showed for any of them. Only one he reached out to me to let me know. I finally decided to cut ties with him and just ask for a straight refund, he said he mailed it on Feb. 15th. As of today (4/29) still no check. I have contacted BBB and Angie's List. At this point, it's not about the money. It's about integrity and doing the right thing. STAY AWAY!!!
