I'd just like to commend this business on a prompt response time after-hours and immense helpfulness. They answered the call immediately and put us in contact with a technician right away. What was most impressive, however, is the fact that the technician gave us a recommendation over the phone that wound up working-- negating our need to have the basement professionally pumped at all. The fact that these guys were willing to lose our business just so we could solve the problem ourselves impressed me a lot. I know that next time I need anything done, I'll call them and trust them to be honest and forthright again-- and I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I had an after hours urgent service call on a Sunday, and these guys answered my call, took the job on and got my broken water valve repaired within hours!! I cannot express how pleased we are with their knowledge & responsiveness to our call!

Ok.....We started fine with Jack (plumbing Pros owner) then it went wrong with him. He never returned my calls and failed to show up. Not sure why but we paid him around 3k for work in a place I just recently got. One time he charged 300$ for 30 minutes worth of work. Why, because I was getting deployed and I had to leave the next morning when I discovered the leak the night before. He took advantage of the situation. Good for you Jack if you are reading this.
I would never recommend him if you need reliable guy. I have all his text messages for any one want to verify what I have just said.

Called Roadrunner Plumber about a clog in my bathroom. They came out on the weekend and helped me the same day! Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I will call them again with all my plumbing needs. Thank you!

I just had to replace a hot water heater Don Charles Plumbing put in to one of my rental homes a little over a year ago. The hot water heater was NOT new, and rusted out. Beware! They don't call back, their phone's message is basically We are busy, call back later. No call backs. I manage about 100 rental homes, you would think they would take better care, I gave him a lot of work, always paid, they lost me as a customer.

They installed a gas line to convert electric stove to gas. Great service! David, the owner was very professional and communicated well. Price was very fair. They were punctual and thorough. I would give them a 5 out of 5 rating.

bob Lamb is a joke, of a man and awful business owner. he did work on my house and just postponed appointment all summer...now the heater doesn't work...than he comes to fix the heater and the ac unit doesn't work...he leaves before the job is finished. awful customer service. will be contacting bbb and other routes soon if my unit is working properly

Absolutely amazing!!! The whole team was prompt in taking care of my elderly mother’s home flooding. They were all polite stayed in contact and gave us updates throughout the whole process. And at the end of the day they ended up saving us a whole bunch of money.
