Update: Dennis did reach out to me and reimbursed me for what his labor charge would have been. I updated this review to 4 stars as I think the communication could be improved. He is a 1 man shop and the quality of work and professionalism was great on the original installation. He no longer services my area.

Had a water heater installed October 2019. It started leaking. Left 3 messages and still no response. Been without hot water for 4 days. Finally contacted another plumber that can service the unit under warranty.

I cannot say enough about Norfolk Plumbing! I had them out to provide an estimate for some
drainage under the house that needed to be replaced. Mark, the gentleman who came out was
very polite and knowledgeable and gave me an estimate on the spot. The price was very fair
and they got me scheduled within the week. Since the job was completed I haven't had any
backups and I couldn't be happier! They have the best techs, the best customer service, the list
goes on! Norfolk Plumbing has a customer for life!

I'd just like to commend this business on a prompt response time after-hours and immense helpfulness. They answered the call immediately and put us in contact with a technician right away. What was most impressive, however, is the fact that the technician gave us a recommendation over the phone that wound up working-- negating our need to have the basement professionally pumped at all. The fact that these guys were willing to lose our business just so we could solve the problem ourselves impressed me a lot. I know that next time I need anything done, I'll call them and trust them to be honest and forthright again-- and I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I had an after hours urgent service call on a Sunday, and these guys answered my call, took the job on and got my broken water valve repaired within hours!! I cannot express how pleased we are with their knowledge & responsiveness to our call!

I was just googling to find Jack's contact info and was surprised to see a negative review. So I am countering. I used Jack a lot years ago and can't imagine he's gone bad. Good fellow, easy to work with.

Mike & Chad were very punctual and kind. Worked on my kitchen drain and unplugged it for me, would recommend and use their service again. Thanks for the help gentlemen. 10/10

This company was 1 of 3 who we had scheduled to come out and give an estimate to replace the drain lines in the entire house. One of the companies didn't even show, but Don Charles did and the estimate was fair. We contacted them a couple of weeks later to start the job and they were right on it. They finished the job ahead of schedule with minimal interruption of our household daily activities. When they left, everything was working and they even leveled the yard. We really appreciate the fair price, hard work and the professionalism displayed by everyone we came in contact with.

I've used these guys twice and had great service both times. They show up close to on-time (be real here) and do a good job. They're friendly and a good local company. They're now my go-to for plumbing problems.

bob Lamb is a joke, of a man and awful business owner. he did work on my house and just postponed appointment all summer...now the heater doesn't work...than he comes to fix the heater and the ac unit doesn't work...he leaves before the job is finished. awful customer service. will be contacting bbb and other routes soon if my unit is working properly

I could have likely spent another 20 years in the trade and not ever been exposed to the level of things that I’ve seen and learned since I’ve been here. Our condo had a leak from another plumbing company installing a water meter mandated by the HOA. Unfortunately the issue was discovered on a Saturday evening which made it difficult finding someone to resolve our issue.
