I'm very disappointed with Billy Sunshine. In the recent past, they've done quite a bit of work for us with reasonable quality and price. BUT coordinating their plumbers is unreliable. Although tolerable in the past, their screwup today was a bit to much. I called Billy yesterday to have them come out today. I have guests and the drain to their bathroom is draining very slowly. I called Billy first thing this morning to confirm. HOWEVER, they assigned my ticket to someone out sick, and didn't realize it until I called them around 1pm. So they assigned the job to the first plumber that came available. It was after 5pm when I got a call saying they could come out, BUT it would cost me more since it was after hours. I said forget it. That's it; I'm not using Billy Sunshine anymore.

It took Billy a year to respond to my original posting. Doesn't appear much has changed.

A/C unit went out and other companies said they didn’t know when they would be able to come out to look at the issue. Called Houston Mechanical Services and he was at my house about an hour later. Told me the issue and was extremely helpful getting the unit replaced the very next morning. Best experience I’ve had when dealing with any kind of plumbing A/C company.

Had a leak at my recirculating pump. Called and got same day service. Was given a time frame of 3pm-5pm and was even called to let me know the technician was on his way. Tom was very friendly when he arrived and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very happy with the entire experience, would recommend this company to anyone. Big thanks to Tom for the great service!

Very professional company and they will rectify your problem

We worked with Pertzborn for a fairly large project in our single family home, involving removal of existing cast iron sewer pipes under our basement slab in our older house and doing a bathroom relocation/rough-in. Bruce and his team was clear with communications, thoughtful and very skilled. We were pleased with the process from estimate through job completion and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Bill was able to come out to my home extremely fast. He was so kind, professional and conscious of keeping my home clean.. which I so extremely appreciated!! The clog in my super long sink drain pipe was too far for his equipment to reach and due to timing, he had take off before being able to complete the job. He assured me that his son, Todd, would come by same day to complete it. Since I wasn’t on Todd’s schedule and he was squeezing me in, I figured he wouldn’t be by until the end of the day. To my surprise, he showed up within the hour of Bill leaving! Todd was just as kind, professional and conscious of cleanliness as Bill. Todd went to great lengths to make sure the pipe was unclogged and then he even made sure to give me some tips to help prevent this in the future. This father and son duo was amazing! I could not say more positive things about them and my experience with having them out at my home. If you’re ever in need of the services they offer, I highly reccomend Alexis Sewer Cleaning Company.

Robert was quick to fit in 3 small plumbing projects I had. He was on time, easy to work with and did great work. Super impressed and would happily refer him to a friend. He replaced a wash basin, fixed a leaking outdoor spigot, and removed an old sink we never needed.

They can get it done

JW is a life saver. We have used him for countless issues we've had with our plumbing (we live in an old house with pleanty of plumbing issues to be worked on). Everything he's done for us has been done very well, and at a very reasonable price. We live out in Ralls, and his milage cost is also extremely reasonable.

My home warranty dispatched this company to my house for water leak to my living room from the bathroom upstairs. No one called for 2 days. I called them and they said that they need an opening in the dry wall before they can start working. They send me a company that they work with. The guy from restoration company come and he said that he will need to take the whole ceiling off and change all the tiles and that will cost about 5k. I ended calling a guy that took the job for $250. Anyway, I called them after, and they were not available until a week. (All this time the bathroom, my kid’s bathroom was not used). They came to my house and said that the toilet seat silicon ring needs to be replaced which they did.
the kids started using the bathroom again, my 3 years old was taken a bath and he splashed some water outside the tub and all the water leaked downstairs. I called and left a voice mail. they called my back the next day and said that the bathroom will need caulking and that this is cosmetic. they said it’s the kids’ fault that the water going outside the tub. If they just told me that I would just pay them whatever caulking cost (which mostly less than $10 and will take 1 min). I would expect from professional service to come and finish their job and not be stingy about few dollars (which I would have happily pay if I was told).
I would never ever use these guys again, and for any future claims through my warranty, I will always specifically ask not to dispatch them to me).
BTW I have a friend that had some leak also and they were dispatched to them through there warranty, they send them the restoration company and they were trying to charge them arm and leg. And be aware even if they tell you we can go through your homeowner insurance don't agree, this will place a water damage label to your house and will reduce the value of your property.
