The guys there were extremely helpful they had exactly what I needed after searching 5 different places thanks Howard's!

Joel was early for the appointment which was nice. He was able to address the issue I was having just by the sound. Joel was able to give me a quote for service, had the parts with him and was able to complete the same day. He finished the work quickly. The final price was the same as the quoted service. My first time using this company and will be recommending anytime someone asks for a recommendation. Any future needs will be given to Paradise Bay Plumbing.

Was told a $33 dollar price and told from 12 to 4pm, then when called later in the day like 6pm was told that since I'm a landlord the price is $225 (even though I initially told dispatch). Would have been the same work, but bait and switch.

I've used Graywater Plumbing for a recent job to add laundry connections and a tankless hot water heater and am about to embark on a larger project with them to repipe our whole house with pex.

So far their work has been excellent, they haven't had any inspection issues, and they've been incredibly accommodating. Their quotes are professional and reasonable, as are their staff.

Kudos to Jeremy and his team for running a solid business. I'll be using them on future jobs!

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.

Very personable and good quality service from Autumn and the other plumbers that have been here before.

Chris and his crew were great to work with. We had a bathroom remodeled and Chris was recommended by our contractor. He was on time and easy to communicate with.

They showed up after hours and on time. They took care of my leak and for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend them.

Luke from Metro Plumbing helped fix a pin hole leak from old copper pipes in our house. He not only repaired the issue but, inspected my current plumbing for causes of what happened.

He noticed my softener pressure was not set accurately incedently and adjusted it correctly.

Unfortunately upon inspection also noticed the type 2 anaconda plumbing that I have and is prone to leaks.

While I was deployed we had a tub leak upstairs, the home warranty folks sent one guy out after they messed up our appointment with Drain Masters and after one visit we refused to allow him back in our house(Thomas's ) And requested Drain Masters based on their BBB rating(A). One quick fix and my wife was able to relax. Ryan was our tech and I am very grateful for getting things squared away, wife is happy and so am I, thanks for helping out when I couldn't!! Highly recommended!
