I had a recurring blockage in a branch sewer line in our 50 year old home. Dan and Jake used their camera to locate the problem which was a ball of roots in the line. Then they rooted the line at the blockage and beyond. A followup camera inspection showed that the root ball was 90% or more removed. They then applied Root X to help kill off the remaining roots and inhibit future growth. They explained to me what they were doing and showed me the results with the camera inspection. They were courteous, polite, thoughtful and neat. Both gentlemen were just that...gentlemen. I recommend this company completely.

Update 6/13/19
My branch sewer line once again started having issues. I called Courtesy Plumbing and Dan and Jake came out today. With their camera they determined that the original root problem was not the issue but significantly further down the line they encountered another mass of roots. They rooted the line and pulled out a four foot long bundle of roots. I'll have them come in six weeks to apply Rootx as a preventative measure. Once again Dan and Jake did a great job with genuine courtesy and professionalism.

We have an older farm house and based on past experiences we felt we needed a plumber who had service experience working with older plumbing. I explained that when I called and talked with Colleen and we got the plumber we needed with Corey. He also installed our new dishwasher, correctly...I will recommend EZ Plumbing when asked in the future.

First time I've used this company, and they just became my heating and cooling go to company... Had my Air conditioning unit breakdown, called this company after reading the reviews online and they are everything the reviews said they were. John showed up on time was very professional and courteous and had me back up and running within the hour. It's always a pleasure dealing with a company like this.....

Service tech arrived on time and did and excellent job for what was one serious clog. He had to use two different snake machines and worked on the issue longer than expected. When completed, was still billed the same amount quoted over the phone. Will use them for any future drain problems.

Not only did we have to call on a holiday Sunday afternoon, but the whole experience - from the lady that answered the phone to the repairman that showed up EARLIER than we could've hoped - was better than we could've hoped for AND fast. Keith got there an hour earlier than we anticipated, fixed our leak within minutes, and only charged us for the after-hours fee. We called two other well-known plumbing companies first (only because we'd used them before) and one couldn't come until Wednesday and the other said no one is available. billyGO will get all our future business. VERY satisfied.

I wrote a prior review and it does not appear for some reason. The job was a shower rebuild. I thought the plumbing was OK and the carpentry was a disaster. Come to find out, even the plumbing is inadequate as they over tightened and cracked the shower drain. This outfit had no business bidding on even a straightforward job that they clearly could not handle. Wasted money, wasted time. As I had mentioned in my prior review, I have never left a negative review and I don't like doing so.

Been calling left my number 3 times the owner James and or the general manager Brian does not return calls

If I could give this business a zero I would they were here five days ,Nick had no idea what he was doing. We had to get another plumber out here that cost us an additional $600 today he had to redo everything Nick did . do not do not do not please call this plumber they suck.
