2 VM's and 4 calls and no answer for Home Warranty work. I imagine Warranty calls are triaged to the back burner and I had to reach back out to the home warranty company who also was not able to reach them and assigned me to another company who has already reached out to me willing to schedule me in today. I wouldn't touch these guys when there are other companies out there willing to show respect and decency to a customer.

Very punctual and courteous. Job was completed when promised. They did return for a minor fix but that was also very punctual. They dealt with the insurance company for me. Overall great service.

Today I had the pleasure of getting service from Big G Plumbing through a home warranty job. The business answered questions that I had with regard to some additional costs but was all explained nicely and I felt being listened to. Within a week after the service call, we had a brand new water heater installed! The plumber was friendly, helpful, swift and professional. 100% will use again next opportunity.

Home warranty sent them out and all they do is look for a way to not have any repair covered by the home warranty. They just take the jobs for the service call fee and avoid doing any work. They claimed a foreign object caused the garbage disposal to stop working. Avoid dealing with them at all costs

Had a great experience with Big G. They came to work on my Garbage Disposal & got it going within 10 minutes. I really recommed this company, they take the time to explain the process and fix it 100%. Thanks!!!

Tech arrived very unprofessional, keep adding the price, , does not want to do the work. I would not even consider hire them or recommend any one hiring them. Oh boy..I escaped.

Very professional and got job done quickly

Greg from big G plumbing did a good job, but ended up breaking the hot water faucet from our bathroom. I called him four days and told him that this was broken, THis was on March 8. I would check to see where the part was and get different date or I don't know when they sent it out. When ask if I could get the part from home depot he said he did not know. He finally got it on April 17th and because he did not like me questioning him on how long it took he sent it back..... First off it is six weeks from when he first came and now still do not have a handle to use hot water.
Instead of calling me to say the part was in, he apparently decided to sent it back. Don't do business with him

My home warranty company assigned this company to my service order. Took them 24hrs to even call me and then when they did call they said they couldn’t even come out till next Tuesday 3/21. When I tried to explain we need them sooner than that the girl who called me continued to speak over me. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and not a company I want to do any business with. The phone call alone was enough to not want to deal with them. I can see why they have such poor reviews. The customer service alone is horrendous and the girl that called sounds like she hates her job. Find a new one my dear.

My home warranty dispatched this company to my house for water leak to my living room from the bathroom upstairs. No one called for 2 days. I called them and they said that they need an opening in the dry wall before they can start working. They send me a company that they work with. The guy from restoration company come and he said that he will need to take the whole ceiling off and change all the tiles and that will cost about 5k. I ended calling a guy that took the job for $250. Anyway, I called them after, and they were not available until a week. (All this time the bathroom, my kid’s bathroom was not used). They came to my house and said that the toilet seat silicon ring needs to be replaced which they did.
the kids started using the bathroom again, my 3 years old was taken a bath and he splashed some water outside the tub and all the water leaked downstairs. I called and left a voice mail. they called my back the next day and said that the bathroom will need caulking and that this is cosmetic. they said it’s the kids’ fault that the water going outside the tub. If they just told me that I would just pay them whatever caulking cost (which mostly less than $10 and will take 1 min). I would expect from professional service to come and finish their job and not be stingy about few dollars (which I would have happily pay if I was told).
I would never ever use these guys again, and for any future claims through my warranty, I will always specifically ask not to dispatch them to me).
BTW I have a friend that had some leak also and they were dispatched to them through there warranty, they send them the restoration company and they were trying to charge them arm and leg. And be aware even if they tell you we can go through your homeowner insurance don't agree, this will place a water damage label to your house and will reduce the value of your property.

This company is horrible, on service, costumer service and ordering parts and much more. Never return calls to give order or works update. Unprofessional worker and employee. This company are very good wasting home owner times, money and giving a great! amount of stress. They love to take for ever to order a part needed it and to come back to install it pluss 95% they order the wrong part. Technician came and did a half fast job; he did not address the main issue as requested, he claimed he did his service as he was ordered and instructed so he would not go above and beyond for a small request of snaking the problematic toilet. Would not use them ever again.

Old Republic Home Warranty dispatched this company to install RO system as replacement on 10/08/2021. Long story short, the plumber installed incorrectly and the RO tank ended up leaking and was then leaking everywhere. My kitchen wall was ruined, the carpet, and baseboard behind the wall on the other side was ruined. I had to call my Homeowners insurance and opened a claimed. I called Big G plumbing to get them to fix this issue but of course no answer. I left a voicemail. As of today 10pm on 10/09/2021, I still dont have a callback and i have a ruined home. I strongly do not recommend this company.

I have a home warranty. They sent Big G Plumbing. Alex came out to my house to fix an overflow leak in our bathtub. Very efficient and was on time. I will
definitely use them for future plumbing issues.

Very unprofessional did not stand behind therer work and cased more damage than they came to fix.

Fidelity National home warranty plumber- didn't return calls and woman rude- cancelled the home warranty service from them- please note this service was for my 82 year old sister in 115 degree weather.

I had Greg from Big G Plumbing out to do a multiple repairs through my home warranty. he changed out the kitchen faucet, replaced the bolts to fix a leaky toilet tank, replaced the garbage disposal, and fixed a drip in a shower head. Greg was efficient, knowledgeable, considerate, and an all around good guy. I would definitely use Big G Plumbing again and recommend them to others,

They were dispatched for a issue through my home warranty. First guy out made one assessment after about 5 minutes there, and gave me one answer (replacement of the appliance), but when I called later in the week to find out the status , receptionist told me paperwork indicated “he said he fixed it”

Then they wanted to make a second visit with a supervisor in another week, which I said was unacceptable and I wanted to know what happened with the first guys diagnosis . Some lady got on the phone and was very rude basically just wanted to get me off the phone wouldn’t tell me what had occurred.

On the second visit, they basically had no answer for one of the issues, and the other issue they had to call the appliance manufacturer.

As a result I’ve had to have another company come out to the home warranty to correct the issue. Complete waste of time

Big G showed up on time and did exactly what was required. When he finished he cleaned up and left. Very pleasant and I would use again.

My home warranty sent Big G employee to work on my garbage disposal. The guy looked at it & detected the problem right away, fix it in less than 15 minutes.

Horribly managed company. No one answers the phone, you have to leave a message and wait for a return call. Their employee lied about us “ordering a part and fixing ourselves”. They took over a month to return to fix their screw up and even then, the owner refused to send someone out to fix their mistake because he didn’t like that I said they are unprofessional and poorly managed. Even now, after 3 attempts… they replaced my shower head with a very cheap, low quality shower head that squeals on hot water and the hot and cold is now backwards on the shower handle.

I refused to re-sign with my home warranty company because this company was their plumbing vendor. DO NOT CALL OR USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Assigned to Big G through our home warranty company after the first contractor had a machine break and couldn't finish the job. The owner got to our place the same day and went above and beyond to fix our plumbing issue. Because of the issue with the original contractor and then a dispute with the home warranty company, my wife and I had been without use of our kitchen sink, dishwasher and washer/dryer for over two (2) weeks. Thank you Big G for coming out the same day and getting the job taken care of!

We have had Greg out twice and he has been great! They will always be our first call for plumbing needs.
