Not happy with them. Doing new work and they don't show. Always an excuse. Afraid to work or get dirty. My general contractor is apologizing for having hired them.

Had an appointment with Kelly. Was rescheduled three times, which is fine. The final reschedule though I was completely blown off, ignored, and ghosted.
