Their plumber installed a new commercial-grade water heater tank by replacing the old one that lasted for 19 years. he responded promptly to my calls and texts, and when he finally came out, he completed the job quickly and efficiently. Best plumbing around! I had an issue with my sewer backing up into my shower. Phil was there within an hour. My problem was solved within 30 minutes! Extremely happy with the quick service and haven’t had problems since!! Staff is extremely professional & knowledgeable!

Needed a sump pump installed with a battery back-up. I needed it installed while water was pouting into the crock. I called around to several plumbing companies and it was obvious I had to choose Oliver's plumbing. Ron knew exacting how to get it done. Another company quoted lower, but Ron explained that can't do do it that way when water is rushing through. I called the other company and they confirmed it more of a cost than there quote originally.

Ron was a total pro! Answered questions and was friendly. More important he got the job done!

Straight Up Plumbing sent a plumber out to service my Navien On Demand Water heater. The tech arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely have them come out each year to service my unit. I was hoping to get set up with a local plumber since we are basically new to the area. I asked if they are available for weekend plumbing emergencies and was told that they are not but that they are available after hours during weekdays.

These guys are great. I had an issue when I just moved into my new house. Three companies give me estimates without doing too much. These guys came out and looked at the situation. They spent 2 hours at my house only to tell me that I needed to replace some of the piping. Without knowing how much the other companies estimated and what was the problem, their estimate was much lower than any other company. They even fixed another problem under my house without any additional cost. Will definitely use them again
