My AC unit's compressor started to fail. Bud's did a great job analyzing my needs and presenting options for me. When I decided to replace the unit instead of repairing the unit they gave me several options and did no try to oversell. In the end I got a new Bosch system that is amazing. They were also able to schedule my install relatively quickly once I made my decision.
Best of all was their professionalism. It was great having techs, office personnel, and comfort advisors all willing to talk with me to help me get the information I needed each step of the way. Not once did I feel like they were in a hurry to get to the next customer. They went above and beyond explaining details and listening to my concerns. They even waived the off hours service call charge I had prior to my decision to replace the unit. Which I felt was more than fair.

We needed main sewer line hydro-jetted for sale of the home.Apache came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. We would definitely use them again.

Great job. I will use this company again. The owner showed up on a weekend morning and did a great job.

Jerry is the man! Very professional, fast, and efficient. He redid my floors, changed my kitchen/bathroom countertops, new sinks, and added a garbage disposal. I was very satisfied when the job was completed, I highly recommend if you need any work done!

Horrible! Me cobraron un dineral por hacerme más mugrero en la casa. Para solo decirme que era lo que estaba mal fue carisimo, y me cotizaron aun mucho más caro por querer arreglarme el problema. También me querían poner una manguera nueva por debajo del piso lo cual es contra código e ilegal.Cotize con otro plomero y lo que me va costar para que el lo arregle es aún más barato que lo que me cobro carrizales por venir a decirme lo que estaba causando el problema.

This guy charges you from the time the call comes in to the time they finish the job. So i got charged for an extra hour of work. The plumber didn’t come equipped with couplers for P-tex. He had to go out and get them which took time. On top of that, they charge a fuel fee. Poor value. Dirty is right. Morally dirty. Would never use again!

Victor was able to come out the day of our call; he's personable & professional. So thankful he was willing to come out after normal working hours. Super excited to have hot water again!!!

Guys came out to fix a leaky faucet. They said they couldn’t get it apart, charged $79 for the trip, and left. Told me to call them back when we bought a new faucet.
This company was a waste of my money.
