F3 was pleasant to work with, he beat out everyone else’s prices and was very responsive. Although his equipment was not working the day of my appointment to get my gas lines marked, he set me up with another trusted company for a similar price which was very helpful. Any company that works hard to get your needs met regardless of the situation is a good company! Thank you F3!

Had a hot water heater go out right at the end of its warranty period. Called Cody at F3 plumbing and he was right out to help me. Cody lead the charge to see if our water heater was still within warranty and it turned out that it was. He got a replacement and had things all better very quickly. Cody showed me a maintenance tip on my new water heater and left everything clean. He’s my new plumbing go-to man! Highly recommend.

We had problems in our kids bathroom, and we called another company out and they priced us something outrageous, that included ripping up parts of my floor and a huge hassle for our family. We called Cody and he was able to get someone over the next day and the problem was fixed at a fraction of the cost. The technician worked until he figured it out and got my kids bathroom working again. I will always call F3 now anytime we have a plumbing issue.

F3 plumbing came to me after a busted pipe. They found the leak, repaired the pipe and I was able to turn my water back on in less than 12 hours from the pipe bursting.

My pipe busted at 9PM.

F3 Plumbing is the one to call! I had a drain problem that other companies couldn’t figure out. Called Cody and an hour or so later our problem was fixed. My sister was having similar issues and had called two different plumbing companies to attempt a fix. Both said they could only fix with lots of money and major overhaul. I told her to call F3…problem solved in short order. No big money or major overhaul needed. Just a smart plumber that will take the time to problem solve. F3 cares about the customer! Give them a call…I will never call anyone else!!!

I have been dealing with Cody, at F3 Plumbing for the last couple of years. Cody, and his guys are great. On time professional, cleans up after the job etc. Cody, prices are reasonable and he does great work. Most importantly to me is having someone to call and they answer, and or call you back in a timely manner. With F3 Plumbing you definitely have that and some.
