I was searching for a plumber, called a couple of other companies and they wanted a diagnostic fee which I think is outrageous. It just feels like a way to trap you. Asked TriPlumb and they just came out. They were here in less than an hour and it WASN'T an emergency. The fix was simple. Russ the owner is a very nice, polite and great guy. Nice to know there are real honest people, making an honest living without taking advantage of the little guy.

Updated review: these guys are simply amazing - try them once and you will trust them for long time😁. Had a shower head leak - I purchased a generic cartridge valve and tried to do it myself to save money. I made the leak worse and was advised never to do generic cartridges replacement parts. They were able to set an appointment to fix the problem - the arrived early; did the work, super clean and thorough. Appreciate the consistency and work Russ. 👊🏼

All of the plumbers within TriPlumb Plumbing are honest, well experienced, and very reasonable. I text for possible service call and repair - had a quick response and ETA. Arrived at time scheduled and work was completed with a walk though and cleanliness. I appreciate the great work and repair!!!! Always good to have plumbers you can count on and treat you well.

We have used Mark several times. His work is timely and very good. I would not call anyone else for our plumbing issues.

David came over the next morning after I called him and fixed my issue fast and gave it good price. He even did a discovery inspection. I didn't get a bunch of unnecessary suggestions for a fix which I appreciated.

Mark reviewed a report that a drain scoping company provided, on the weekend. He put my mind at ease that the recommended repairs were not necessary. That project was estimated by the scoping company to cost $7,000. Because of Mark's responsiveness, friendly attitude and honesty, I used him to re-plumb my shower. He sent an experienced plumber to do the work. That plumber asked to see the fixture that I intended to install. He made sure the pipe was the correct length for the fixture.

These guys are awesome they did wonderful work! Very reasonable prices and responded quickly to help get my drains working and my kitchen sink working again.

Russ was on time and very helpful.

Triplumb first time using them for a washer/dryer new drain and replace hot and cold line. Top notch, Owner i believe Mark and assistant Garth were great. Especially thanks to Garth who did all the work was very professional and good quality work. They were responsive on time and even worked with me for the price and best they did not any hidden charges at the end of the bill. Strait forward and great service. I will 100% recommend these guys to all my family and friends in West Phx . You will be very happy if you use them i know i will again in the future.

My story: I had been having an intermittent sewage smell at my condo since the day I moved in two years ago. I contacted TriPlumb Plumbing after my mom had used them and David came out the same day to take a look at my issue. After a very thorough search he identified the most likely source of the smells and after two trips to the nearby plumbing store and nearly 2.5 hours of work he finished and there is no longer a gag-inducing sewage smell. I really want to thank TriPlumb but mostly David for walking me through all the steps and explaining the plumbing lingo to me. I'd highly recommend TriPlumb Plumbing and especially David to anyone with plumbing issues. Thank you again!

I needed a plumber in a dire circumstance and checked the Rating on Yelp and called TriPlumb. I can not say how much we appreciated this company from how quickly they responded, their ability to stay in touch with changes as they came up, the research they did to get me the best deal, the way they came out so late in the day to accommodate my schedule and best of all they did beautiful work. They are well dressed, polite, cleaned up their work site and treated me as if I was a special person to them. You will not go wrong with this company. I have never used Yelp before but will from now on if they recommend this kind of top quality of professionals.

Tri plumb gave me outstanding and very timely service. I had a drain that was clogged and they fixed it within minutes. Very knowledgeable and new exactly were to go. You can tell immediately that mark and Russell are licensed plumbers and have loads of experience. Also very personable and comfortable to be around. I will call them again!

David was great! He installed a water heater and also a water softener. Did a great job and we were able to negotiate a fair price. He is very knowledgeable and honest.
