I loved Oliver's Plumbing! He returned my call right away and could come the same day. He explains things really well and when he came to fix our kitchen sink, the clog must have soften and got sucked out on its own, which he says does happen. He really didn't have to do anything so gave us a really good price break for the visit instead of his normal rate which he could have charged. It was super nice of him to give us a deal and I highly recommend him!

Called him this morning (Monday morning) and he was here to take care of a leak from hoses/connector to my washer by noon! Extremely friendly on phone and in person! Great and quick work to solve problem. And bonus is he loves dogs!! Highly recommend.

I am happy everyone else had such a good experience. I needed to have my bathroom remodeling. He came to look at it and told me he would get back to me with a quote. Did not hear back in 2 weeks so I called him and left a message. Never heard back from him. I found someone else to do the remodel. If he did not want to do the job that is fine by me but at least have the courtesy to call and say so. I would not recommend this company. My sister had the same problem with him and they went to someone else as well.

Due to a dying garbage disposal, our kitchen drain was hopelessly clogged for a very handy husband without professional plumbing tools. Ron Oliver was able to work us in, unclogged the drain and installed a new garbage disposal we purchased from him in just a little over an hour. We knew the disposal needed replacing soon and had researched replacements. The one he recommended and provided was what we had been considering and his price with installation was reasonable. Ron is professional, knowledgeable, personable and won our trust immediately. We will keep his contact information handy for any future plumbing needs.

In and out in under an hour, he fixed the problem explained what he did, extremely nice, very professional. If I have any plumbing problems arise in the future he'll be the guy I call first.

Needed a sump pump installed with a battery back-up. I needed it installed while water was pouting into the crock. I called around to several plumbing companies and it was obvious I had to choose Oliver's plumbing. Ron knew exacting how to get it done. Another company quoted lower, but Ron explained that can't do do it that way when water is rushing through. I called the other company and they confirmed it more of a cost than there quote originally.

Ron was a total pro! Answered questions and was friendly. More important he got the job done!

Oliver fixed our problem with a simple solution and was friendly. It took him 2 trips to fix it all but he didn't charge us for the second time.

Couldn't be happier with the service. He worked with my crazy schedule, was efficient, and I felt comfortable with him in my home. The problem was fixed right away and I felt that the service was priced very fairly. When the need comes, I will definitely be calling Oliver's again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called, Mr. Rudeness answered. Told me to text him all the info of what I wanted done, so basically do his job for him. He said the appointment won't be today, not tomorrow but possibly three days from call. I did text and then never heard anything again. Apt day came and went...not a word. Called another company, got a friendly answer, a nice worker, and a same day appointment.

I scheduled for a Wed. The guy didn't show up. Called him on Fri. He forgot to come.
Rescheduled for Tues a.m. Didn't show up. He called at 2:30 P.M. Said he could be at my house in 5 minutes. Said he forgot to write it down..
I was an hour away. Told him I was getting someone else.

Ron was so kind and helpful in the process of replacing our water heater. Not only was he very timely, he took time to educate us why we needed a new heater. Also, we had new carpet installed 2 weeks prior to our incident and he went above and beyond to ensure the carpet stayed clean. We would definitely recommend Oliver's plumbing to our family and friends.

We used this co for years with only a few scheduling glitches, but lately when we want him for a remodeling job, and easier job, he makes appointments and stands us up. 3 x in 1 1/2 weeks. Once said he called the spouse's phone and left a message, NOT.

Ron always answers the phone. I've used his service at my church and now at my home. He got right out , diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and was back the next week to get things fixed. He's friendly and easy to work with.

We have used Oliver's Plumbing, Ron, for our home plumbing repair/updates for years. During that time his service was spot on. For the past month we had 4 firm dates to replace fixtures from him. The first was for July 7th. Excuses included, had to cancel to do emergency water heater replacement - which we understood as our project was not an emergency. The next excuse was he forgot to put the fixtures in his truck and it would take too long to drive back to New Glarus to get them. Today, August 10, 2023, 15 minutes before he was to arrive he called to cancel, his truck broke down. The only excuse he has not used is the dog ate the fixtures. If I were to take a stab at identifying the problem, I would say he is retired and does plumbing as a hobby and for a little spending money. Trust me, this is not the Ron Oliver you knew. Add Not Reliable Don't hire this guy!

I've contracted Oliver's Plumbing twice for my 1900s-built home here in Sun Prairie. Ron's workmanship is superlative and timely. His manner is very kind, honest and personal. Both of the jobs I had done were on old construction that has been decaying. In the first situation, Ron replaced the toilet drain flange, which was cast-iron, a job I was not capable of. The second job was done today and he replaced my tub train, again, having to saw away hundred-year-old cast-iron drain pipes, removing a drum trap and replacing all that with modern PVC. No more clog, no more hair, and the construction is beautiful.

I'd highly recommend Oliver's plumbing to anyone in the Madison area.

After our last plumber didn't do the job up to code, we hired Oliver's Plumbing and he corrected the issue! Very grateful!
