AZ Leak came out with 2 guys. One was obviously brand new. He wasn't familiar with how to put the plugs in the pool returns, etc. The other guy was working at the pool pump area and doing a lot of cursing and slamming things around. I watched them for about 30 minutes trying to set things up for the test. Then I stepped inside for 5 minute and came back out and they had everything dismantled & said pressure was at 30psi & everything was normal. I then drained the pool and had some work done over the next few months. After refilling the pool water level continued to drop. I did a bucket test and there definitely was a difference which I assumed was a pipe leak. I called them back up and spoke with the owner. She said they would come back out even though it was outside their retest window. When they showed up they decided that they would recharge me. I said that she mentioned nothing about a charge to come back out when we talked on the phone & she implied they would redo the test. She then said I thought we would negotiate that when I came out. WOW!! Bottom line was they wouldn't retest. They wasted their time and mine & lost a customer. Look elsewhere if you want a reliable company.
I had a leaking pipe in the foundation of my home. AZ Leak Detection absolutely made the best of already stressful situation. They were timely, professional, honest, hardworking and affordable. I couldn't give them a higher recommendation!
What a joke of a company!!! Guy showed up hour before he was suppose to. I wasn't there and he couldn't come back so i reluctantly told him he could go in my backyard to do the work. He supposedly did the detection. Waited weeks for the report after calling daily for a week before getting probably the rudest woman in the world on the phone. Then had to call back to get invoice sent over so I could pay. Phone calls from them started the next day threatening collections on me if my bill wasn't paid immediately!!! Got my water bill a month later and guess what! I still have a leak and now a $850 water bill. So leak is still there and I have to start all over again. I will never us or recommend this company to anyone.

Now you want to fix it?! I called and no one got back to me. Now you post something on here 2 months later. Par for the course for your company. I got it fixed from your competitor. They did a great job!!

My spa water level was suddenly dropping about 1 ft/day. I called AZ leak detection for diagnostics and possible repair. After several hours of testing. I was told that I had a cracked therapy jet pipe that could be repaired by breaking up my pool deck and repairing the lead. They came back to fix the leak but, after jack hammering 3 holes in my pool deck they could not find the leak and determined that I should eliminate my therapy jet line at an astronomical cost. What is the point of having a spa with no jets? I told them to leave. I called Landis pool service and the servicer was able to determine the problem with 30 min and replaced a $30 check valve to fix the problem. AZ leak detection didn't refund me for the error in diagnosis or offer to repair the craters the left in my pool deck. Lesson learned. Avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible job. Took them 5 weeks to get it done. The guy took weeks to show up, broke tiles, and in the end things still leaked.
In addition, they wasted my time on the phone. I have never dealt with so much attitude with someone over the phone.

Home inspectors recommend that you contact the experts so we contacted Arizona Leak Detection to conduct a leak inspection and sewer camera scope for a 36-year old home prior to purchase. Terrific experience working with Gail and Brendon from initially calling through completion. They found internal mold and water damage caused by the exterior gutter system. Also discovered that there were no sewer clean-outs (they accessed via the master toilet) on the property and that the lines were clean 75' to the city line. They worked really well with the other inspectors onsite. We appreciate the confidence that we know exactly what issues we are getting with the home. We highly recommend the folks at Arizona Leak Detection and the amazing services that they provide.

Super fast, inexpensive fix to a small leak in my irrigation shut off valve. Thanks to them I was able to avoid a much larger leak for a much lower cost. They are awesome!

This is one of the most customer centered companies I have ever encountered. Not only did they do an outstanding job finding and fixing a problem my general contractor could not, but they were only interested in making sure it was fixed right with clear communication. I would recommended them to anyone and use them again, but hopefully won't have to. I read a lot of review on a lot of companies and rarely write a review, but they are one of the best and worth the endorsement!

After the first job, we had the concrete re-surfaced. The pipe was still leaking so they had to redo. I was away for the summer. They went ahead and picked someone to do the concrete and that was a very bad job. I asked to follow up with the person to fix. They said they would. But, after returning from a long summer break, the concrete is still uneven. They did not get back to me on this. Very disappointed and rude.

I called them and within a day they were able to fit me in. We were in the middle of a major demo/remodel of our back yard and discovered a leak. They not only found the leak quickly but also charged me a reduced service call fee because they didn't have to test any additional lines. Their quote for the repair was very reasonable and was able to be scheduled quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone with pool leaks.

It took about a week to get an appointment. After this, in a couple of hours only, they were able to locate the leak in my pool that another leak detector company searched but could not locate during the two past months ! I highly reommend AZ Leak Detection.

Over the last few weeks, I have had a small pond forming on my property line with my neighbor - I thought it was my neighbor, my neighbor thought it was me. I called AZ Leak Detection (again). Within minutes, they found the leak and were able to deduce how my irrigation system is really piped, and just today, they returned to fix the leak. Both the original root causing and today were perfectly executed (again). I've read a couple negative posts here - if you're looking for a knowledgeable and family-owned/run business, AZ Leak Detection is your company - give them a chance! Terrific job again - I'm very grateful I found you!

After two other companies stood me up, I stumbled across AZ Leak Detection. Adam and his helpers were amazing. Root caused my problem in less than an hour and personally showed up the following day to fix it. Happy to see that this level of expertise and service exists somewhere in the world! Well done!
I had leak in my kitchen that left us devastated as it happened while we were gone. AZ Leak came out and immediately set us at ease. They were extremely professional and competent. They worked with our insurance company the entire way and we were never wondering what the next step in the rebuilding process would be. They had us a temporary kitchen up and running right after they finished the remediation while we waited for our new cabinets and countertops. The final results were beautiful and I highly recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem.

I am an estate manager. I was having an ongoing problem with a clients spa losing water. I had other leak companies out to check for leaks but they could never give me a definitive answer on what was happening with the spa. Steven from Arizona Leak Detection was amazing. He worked for almost 3 hours checking for every possible leak. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend!

AZ Leak Detection repaired my broken water main in April 2019. We experienced another leak that was a result of the collar that was installed. Adam responded immediately and corrected the issue causing the leak the same day. He is very courteous and professional. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family and will use for future jobs.
