Called Keith on a Friday, he walked me through troubleshooting issue over the phone. Once solved, he was out first thing Monday morning for repair of septic lift pump. Super knowledgeable and nice guy. Highly recommend!!

We had a great experience with Majeski, after a not so fun main drain overflow. They fit our emergency in during the same business day and arrived promptly. The technician was very customer friendly and clearly there to help us. He was able to take the camera and the blade down the pipes and cut through a tree root, solving the problem. He gave us a great price and a lot of peace of mind. We are very happy with the service we had.

We had a great experience with ASH. We worked with Josiah, and he was amazing in all aspects. He was efficient and yet paid attention to all of the important details. If there were any accidental errors, he quickly made it right. We were done on schedule, and things came together better than we had hoped. You won't be disappointed!

Contacted Do It Right Plumbing with an issue involving replacing the Anode Rod in my water heater. Upon arrival of the plumber named Ryan who assessed the problem thoroughly, it was decided that the replacement would not be possible. He determined, with great surety, that the old rod would required a greater cost to remove than I had anticipated. Although, Ryan continued trying several other removal methods we mutually agreed to stop any further attempts. Ryan was very pleasant, personable and professional. He communicated very well, every tactical possibility to meet the challenges of the service call. Ryan is a valuable asset to your organization and should be recognized for the favorable image he displays in the name of Do It Right Plumbers. Alto was referred to me by another customer. So I set up appointment, I'm gonna cut to the chase. I was charged $250 for the first 90 mins and $175 per hour after, and I was told it would be $2 per additional foot to run the snake beyond 100 feet. He ran the snake an additional 50 feet. I paid almost $800. I had to call another company out to actually clear out the wipes stuck in the drain. They charged $198 and actually unclogged the drain.
I spoke with the person that referred me to Alto, whose opinion I trust because he is knowledgeable, I explained to him what Rick did and what he charged me...he couldn't believe it and was not happy as that's not what Alto even charges for multi dwelling plumbing issues.
I'm told they get commission..I guess being a woman that doesn't know much about plumbing, Rick decided I would be his target that day.
The person that referred me is going to try and help me recoup some of the money back, he felt really bad, and has not had this type of experience(work or price) with Alto before, and knows who Rick is.
All it takes is 1 person/employee to give a business a bad reputation.
Due to the experience I had with Alto, I will not recommend this company, and I advised the person that referred me(even though he meant well) not to refer them.

Our experience with Roto-Rooter began somewhat miserably as two employees misdiagnosed our problem. When a third employee visited us after we figured out what the problem was, he completely turned our experience into a positive one and went above and beyond to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the work done. All three employees were professional and courteous while they were at our house. Outside of one phone call where I felt a little disrespected (trying to state that the issue wouldn't be covered under the warranty of what we already paid for a few days prior), I can say that I was overall pleased in dealing with Roto-Rooter.

Receiving service from the Equity team was like taking a breath of fresh air after having my share of dealing with dishonest, non-punctual, and over-charging plumbing companies. Troy and John were incredibly kind, ever-so-patient to answer all of my questions, genuine, down-to-earth, punctual and honestly the list goes on of their outstanding qualities. The greatest part? They charged me HALF of what another company quoted me and even figured out how to do something that the other company said was “not possible to do”. The other company said I would need to get x, y, and z done in order to get my faucet fixed, and thus $$$ more would need to be charged. However, Troy and John found a way to get the “impossible” thing done WITHOUT having to do an additional x, y, and z. Honestly though, even if the Equity team charged me the same as the other company did, I wouldn’t have minded paying because their good character and outstanding work ethic alone would have made it worth it. Especially as a woman with an infant, I appreciated the genuine warmth that the men brought because I felt so safe and comfortable in a situation that I would usually not have felt that way in. Additionally, it was a plus that Troy responded to texts as well as to phone calls. I have never said this about any service before, but I know I won’t be calling anyone else to take care of my plumbing needs from now on. Troy and John have made me a loyal customer. My recommendation cannot be any any more highly given.

Steve is a very experienced and knowledgeable plumber. He immediately evaluated my broken pipe issue and had it repaired it quickly. Steve is a plumber that takes a lot of pride in his work and it reflects in the results. I would definitely trust and use Steve again for plumbing repair or upgrades in my home.

They came out same day, and everyone was helpful. Jesse walked us through our options and helped us with our clog. Everything seems to be running fine now.

You cannot rely on this place. On drove in from Beeville and arrived 10 minutes before 12, their normal closing time and they were closed. I called and all they could say is due to a software update they closed 30 min early. Google maps showed they were open.

Our home warranty, (AHS, which in my opinion, is just as much to blame for this experience) like many other reviewers, sent us this option:

Kind of unprofessional and rude in the sense that he came to look at our hot water tank issue and said to my husband, and why do you think there is a leak? when the floor and top of the tank was completely soaked. Basically started talking to us like we had no idea about plumbing and tried to scam us from the start.They then proceeded to tell us that a new tank would not fit in the current space, and they don't even make that size anymore and that we would have to move it to another location or BUST DOWN WALLS that would cost us 6 grand!! We called another company and told them our situation and without submitting pictures for proof or sounding like we were being questioned on our knowledge of the issue, they told us exactly what we needed and the cost. They came and replaced our expansion tank, hot water tank and replaced the old, broken regulator which fixed our water pressure issue (which is why our warranty wouldn't cover our repair) IN UNDER AN HOUR FOR A FRACTION of the price and with a better warranty.

Home warranties and the third party companies they contract with, are meant to make new home owners feel secure and protected in their first big purchase, when buying the home and feeling like they will be taken care of if something like my situation and service request ever arises. I felt the complete opposite and moving forward, I would never recommend either company to anyone. Shame.
