Eric, my technician, evaluated my faucets, got my tankless heaters working, gave me advice on my water pressure problem that will save ALOT of money and then didn't charge a service fee. I've had three plumbers come to my house and none were as knowledgeable as Eric. I've finally found a trustworthy and competent plumber. Emily was very nice too! Highly recommend! had an awful situation that needed immediate attention. called them...and they came out within 2 hours after i called (on a saturday afternoon). the plumber was nice, professional, PUNCTUAL and explained everything throughly. i did not give 5 stars because they are quite pricey. will use again in the event of an emergency

I was intentionally sent to this contractor through my home warranty. I called to get a service scheduled since I was not given a call by them. She(Angela)was beyond rude. Short answers and keep interrupting what I was trying to ask. I was told by her they wouldn’t be able to make it to my side of town until next week and the way it was expressed was obviously that she didn’t care at all. I finally gave in and told her ‘thank you’ and hung up. She obviously had better things to do and “l” was interrupting her. I Instantly got back on the phone with my Home warranty to have a different contractor scheduled to come to my home.
